Disease Outbreak

King Wei went to Jinan. He spent two days to get there. Arriving there, he saw the barren land and the dead plants drying up due to lack of water.

Many beggars lay on the streets, with thin bodies and chapped lips from the dryness.

The King of Wei traced all the places that should have a stream of water, all the rivers were dry, there were only large and small stones visible at the bottom of the river.

"How come the rivers here have no water?" his inner.

King Wei headed for the Jinan Mayor's residence, he was greeted by Long Ting Di who was the Mayor of Jinan City. King Wei requested a report on the drought in the city.

Long Ting Di told her that the drought had been happening since 6 months ago. The river water began to dry up, and the plants began to run barren due to the lack of water in the soil.

Not only drought, but now there is an outbreak of disease that takes a lot of lives. The sufferer will feel fever, shivering, not powered and difficult to breathe.

After feeling that torture, in less than a month, they would lose their lives. Many doctors have examined the disease, but they have not helped much. They have never known this disease.

King Wei gnawed his forehead slowly, he did not expect that the situation in this city, was worse than he thought.

The Mayor prepared a room for King Wei, and invited King Wei to rest after a long journey.

After three days in the city, King Wei felt himself feverish and shivering. He asks Yu to call the healer, the healer examines the young man and then says that he contracted a plague.

Yu panicked to hear it. He asked the healer to quickly find a cure for the disease suffered by his employer.

A week in effect, King Wei's illness was getting worse, he even had difficulty walking. Being able to sit up straight has consumed a lot of the young man's energy.

After a day of riding last night, Yu arrived at the Huang residence. He was restrained by the gatekeeper because his current appearance was very messy. They thought Yu was a beggar.

Ling Er, who had just returned from her duty to buy a cake, saw Yu being held by the doorman. Ling Er immediately came in and told the lady. Se Se walked to the gate to see what was going on.

"Let him in!" se Se's orders to the guards.

"Well, miss." replied a guard.

Yu ran to Se Se and asked, "Where is the Miss?"

Se Se looked at him with a confused face.

"Miss?" muttered.

"Yes, Miss white hair. Miss Flo, where is she now?" yu asked in a hurry.

"What are you looking for?" asked Se Se with a probing face.

Yu suddenly knelt down, his face looked panicked, then he begged the girl before him. "Daughter Huang, please, please tell me where Miss is!"

Yu raised his lowered head and looked at the face of the girl in front of him. He immediately answered the girl's question. "Your Majesty, Your Majesty is dying!"

Yu's teary eyes held back her sobs. He was very anxious with his master, who was currently, lying weakly on the bed. Se Se held onto both of Yu's shoulders and helped him stand up.

"What's going on? Wasn't he in Jinan? How could he be dying?" ask the girl curious.

"Your Majesty contracted a plague." replied Yu briefly.

"Go back to King Wei's residence. Rest fora minute. If you still force yourself like that, you will die first than your master." said Se Se who knew how tired the man before him was.

"Miss Flo, ..." murmured Yu.

"He will meet you at King Wei's residence at midnight. Rest while waiting for him." said Se Se then left Yu who was still standing looking at him.

Se Se prepared a medicine box to take to Jinan City, he could not leave empty-handed if he wanted to treat a patient. There will be suspicion if he has medicine without carrying any box.

As promised, Se Se meets Yu at King Wei's residence. Of course after twisting the ring on his finger.

The young man was sitting inside his room, waiting for Miss Flo to arrive restless and agitated. Even though he was advised to rest, he could not close his eyes for a second, if he remembered his current employer, he really needed help.

They left on horseback. Yu pulled out the two fastest horses from the stable. The horse he had brought when he returned to the capital had no energy, after a day of running all night.

They arrived in the city of Jinan after two nights of riding. Yu escorts Se Se to check on King Wei. Se Se was a little anxious after seeing the patient in front of him.

The usually strong and domineering man, was currently lying weakly with a pale face like cotton and was helpless.

Se Se held onto the young man's forehead, then he checked his pulse. His face turned frantic, he turned around and asked Yu, "What did King Wei do before contracting this disease?"

Yu tried to remember it, he rolled his eyeballs and then replied, "Your Majesty just went around the dried up river and visited some places in Jinan city to find a solution to the drought and plague.

"Yu, just try to remember again, what other things did King Wei do besides that? The only thing that King Wei did." asked Se Se with a serious face.

"Your Majesty, .. "Yu's speech came to a halt.

Yu could not continue his words. He could not remember what King Wei had done other than that.

"Let me go where the plague is, I'll check on them!" se Se's orders to Yu.

"No, it's very dangerous Miss, you can catch a plague." Yu refused.

"I had to go to that place, in order to save their lives and the life of King Wei. Are you, still gonna prevent me? asked Se Se with a serious face.

Yu relented, he could not ignore the safety of his master. Yu immediately escorted Se Se to the plague patients.

Se Se checked their state, the symptoms they were experiencing were very strange, unlike infectious diseases.

If it is contagious, then Yu, who is always beside King Wei, should be infected. Only King Wei is currently infected. Even the guards and servants who were brought there were in good health.

"What is the cause of this disease?" inner Se Se.
