51. Defending a Child Or Not.

The eyelids opened slowly, the bead looked to the right and left along with the pain radiating to his body. Ming Xia now had his full consciousness after a while.

"You're sober?" the question came from Lan Hua who had just entered the room.

"W-who are you? What's going on with me?"

"You passed out at the cloth shop."

Ming Xia was already not feeling well from morning, but he still had to go to the cloth store to make money, because their only income was only from the cloth shop.

"Thank you for helping me."

Lan Hua let out a slanted laugh, "You're pregnant?"

Feeling embarrassed Ming Xia immediately pulled the blanket so that his stomach was perfectly closed but in fact his stomach still looked big.

"Why are you so stupid as to want to abort your son, and so many people out there want a child."

"His father didn't want it then why am I keeping this child?"

Ming Xia no longer had the spirit of life since the incident where the grand concubine found him with Su Ho. At that time the content was weak said the healer, Ming Xia was determined to drink the potion from the great concubine.

After the condition occurred for approximately one week, both parents accepted it and gave support to Ming Xia. Her mother is still sick but she is no longer angry about Ming Xia's pregnancy.

Even though it was like that, Ming Xia still could not accept the baby. Su Ho just hated it then for what the child still Ming Xia maintained.

"It was once the boy, his father did not want him and also his mother wanted him dead. Was he not present because of his father and mother?"

Ming Xia fell silent, it was indeed like that was the case. Although it was an illegitimate child but without their deeds both the child was present.

"The child cannot choose who he will be born from. After all, the child is the result of your actions, why now you just want to run away from responsibility."

"Don't everyone know you're pregnant? That means you want to give birth to it or abort it still you have to bear the shame, right? If until the child dies, it means you've failed to become a woman and you've failed in your responsibilities."

Ming Xia had indeed been dumped here and there by both her neighbors and relatives, but Ming Xia could not do much because her pregnancy was so rapidly enlarged and larger than her gestational age should be. Ming Xia could not cover it anymore and could only resign himself to the circumstances that occurred.

"He's your flesh and blood, the boy is now asleep at your door. How could you be so desperate to kill him?"

Ming Xia was now sniffling, this sentence he had just heard had a point as well. Every night when going to sleep he did feel if his stomach twitched. His son feels so good there. If not for Su Ho's unwillingness then Ming Xia would also never have aborted the child.

"Open your mind, your son will call you mother repeatedly and cry if he knows his presence is not desired. Find the man and hold him accountable, because it's your result anyway."

"He's so tall compared to a little fellow like me, I can't do much when he steps away."

"Who is he?"

Ming Xia stared at Lan Hua for a long time, this person in front of him seemed to be able to believe.

"Prince of immorality, Han Su Ho."

Lan Hua was a little surprised indeed, this Su Ho was always full of cunning but Su Ho had never been seen often playing women, until now he had not raised a concubine or a wife.

"Think of what I say and don't do anything stupid to hurt your son, he needs you."
