Present time

April 7th, 2017

Just then, as the sun began to rise high leaving his quarrel, downstairs, in the living room, Nolan was seen sitting quietly talking to a man standing firmly beside him.

"Regardless of the mission you've been given, especially to you, honestly, I still don't understand why someone like you would want to do this troublesome work" Nolan told the man.

"Don't get me wrong, sir, they never asked me to take care of the murder of the elite corporate family of this world, but indeed, I'm the one who wants it."

"May I know why? I mean, it's hard to even imagine someone like you at the top of the food chain, willing to work as a personal bodyguard for the son of a poor businessman like me, doesn't this make sense."

"Well, I don't understand myself, why would I do this, so if you ask me why? I have no reason." replied the man casually, then he smiled and only he knew what it meant.

"okay! All right, let's just say that you're bored right now, because I know your reputation, which is why I don't hesitate to entrust my daughter to you."

"By the way, sir, about the two-day deal I wrote in the cover letter, have you told your daughter?"

"Yes, he doesn't seem to have a problem with that, even though I don't understand what you mean by making such a condition."

"Oh that problem, you'll know for yourself."

"Alright, I can breathe a little relieved now."

Their conversation came to a halt when their attention was stolen by a girl who went down the stairs, then approached the two men. Nolan smiled at him.

"Darling! Introduce this Jo, for the next two days he'll be your bodyguard." Nolan opened the introductions, just a small talk, Dina just nodded slowly, He already knew, after all they had met yesterday, the girl was a bit turned away.

"Well, Jo! This is my daughter Bernardina, I entrust her to you, please take good care of her."

"I will try my best, please cooperate, Miss!" said the man named Jo, he threw a smile as gracious as possible to Dina, while the girl, inexplicably again threw away face.

"Daddy! I'm late, can't I, I'm on my way now?" ask Dina, just looking for an excuse, want to immediately end the introductory event that he thinks is not important.

"ah! Yes it's there, be careful!" close Nolan, and let the girl kiss his right cheek. "Love you dad!" whisper before it passes.

Nolan smiled amusedly, feeling funny at the behavior of Dina and her new bodyguard, the girl walked like a hurry to keep her distance, while Jo followed her casually.

Arriving at the parking lot, Ramon was waiting there, they headed to the black sedan car that had been prepared, Jo was quick to open the door for the girl, instead of entering, Dina was silent did not respond, after that he even gawked passed to another car next to the hitan sedan, a yellow sports car, his favorite car that had long been idle, and the, he came in and sat in the steering chair.

"I can drive myself!" he said, before closing the glass, and the yellow sports car roared away, leaving Jo who just stared at him expressionlessly.

"Wow, how's this?" ramon asked in a panic, looking at Jo.

"It's fine! everything will be fine." he said to calm Ramon, he went into the black sedan and left Ramon.

Dina stepped on the gas pedal deeper, from the rearview mirror she realized, there was a black sedan stalking her.

"Crazy! Hurry him up!" dina's grunt, made him more challenged, with a little evil grin, the car was faster and faster.

"Oh Boy! Let me tell you who I am!" his murmur was small, with the agility of the yellow sports car was slipping among other vehicles on the fairly dense toll road, minute by minute continued to pass, passing, Dina monitored her rearview mirror without ever reducing her speed.

"Nothing!" hisses ensured.

It was true, apparently the black sedan was nowhere to be seen anymore, he slightly slowed down the pace of the vehicle, with a line of triumphant smiles adorning his face, he said, at that time he was quite sure that the black sedan was really far behind, losing track.

Over time because he was carried away curious, finally he decided to stop for a moment on the side of the road, quietly observe his rearview mirror barely blinking, did not feel it had almost five minutes passed, he was still waiting, he was waiting, but the black sedan was completely invisible again.

"Basic suck! There's no hope." he murmured.

Anyway, why should I care? his grunts were inward, and soon passed from there.

In other parts of the world.

In a region, or rather in a hidden laboratory. There was a woman about 28 years old, who looked engrossed in the reaction of her chemical pumpkins, her face beautiful, decorated with glasses perched beautifully at the base of her nose, while her long hair was just curled up in a perfunctory style, it seemed that she occasionally put small notes in the tables on the clipboard in her hands, this woman was Briana.

He gasped, when he realized that someone else was suddenly present like a ghost, appearing out of nowhere, but having gotten used to the unexpected presence of this person, Briana seemed calm.

"Just the first day of work, it's truant huh, you!"chirps Briana, without looking.

"No, I'm on duty, Dad, it's just a prank to stop by here" he thought.

"There's no need to worry about him, he'll be fine." replied the person steadily.

"Yes, that's right, because actually, what I'm worried about is you." Briana glanced at him then, behind her glasses faintly visible the woman's eyeballs exuded a deep sense of concern.

"You know, about your condition, that photon in your body is a poison that you unknowingly are eating away at your humanoid cells. My advice is, cut down on using your strength for unnecessary things, including traveling too much in a quiet way like just now, or you want your body to melt into full light, you will disappear and ...."

Briana lazily continued, then took a tube vacutainer filled with concentrated blue liquid from a cooler box on her experimental table, she handed it to the man.

"This serum only helps your body for as long as possible to maintain its humanoid form, but it does not really stop its decay" Briana said.

"Thank you, I get it, so don't worry too much about me" he said as he received the serum.

"Pray, I hope it never happens. Well, of course I will continue to try my best to help you," Briana said, the man replied with a smile.

"Actually, I'm here because there's something I want to talk about, but later on, I'll see you again if you're not busy, see you!" close the man, barely whispering softly in his ear, and a second later when Briana turned her head, there was no one else. The man disappeared like a ghost.

"Basic!" he murmured, shaking little.

Dina had arrived at her campus, there was a hint of resentment clumping in her heart.

"Where did it go?" He muttered inexhaustibly, this was confusing indeed, on the one hand Dina was glad Jo stopped following him, but on the other hand she was a little disappointed, because her bodyguard was not as persistent as she expected.

"Ah, bodolah time!" he said he didn't care.

He got out of his car, and rushed into the classroom, his presence instantly stealing the attention of his friends, they greeted him with an assortment of impressions.

Although sometimes haughty, for some of his friends Dina is a fun girl, even she is not the type of voter in making friends, although sometimes keep a distance but not a difficult person to blend in, he said, she is a typical person who does not like to be dictated, likes to break the norm, socially she is just like girls from other rich families, happy expensive items, party lovers, salon enthusiasts and all sorts of things.

Dina talked with a number of friends who surrounded her, the contents of the conversation only revolved around her news and her family, as well as the warm rumors that enveloped the Nolan family lately.

Not how long Mr. Lecturer came, the class began, boring as usual, when the Lecturer explained, Dina was not so focused on paying attention, because her mind was elsewhere, you know uh-, uh, the class is over, the class is over.

When Dina was still busy tidying up her stationery, a student came in, she was a law schoolboy, her face was handsome, her outfit was very fashionable, a millennialist, a masterful shepherd, her cumulative index was hefty, ah anyway he meets all the criteria of the dream boy in your mind. Dina smiled welcoming him. "David!" said slowly.

Actually how is the symbiosis of mutualism between these two creatures of God? So you see, basically Bernardina is a normal girl in general, yes she just had fun when there was a cool guy like David that approached her, then expressed feelings to her, playing just like that.

In fact, Dina did not not not know how bad temper David who often change girlfriends almost every month. So, if we dive deep into the deepest recesses of his heart, we will only find the gray bulkhead, is there love for David? Oh, Dina has not wanted to count that far, especially in the age of their new courtship as long as this sprout toge, for Dina love is enigma, omnipotent, multifaceted, and unexplained phenomenon.

So far, all that happens is, he still tries to be simple minded, just go for it, as long as it is still fun to live, that's how it is.

David pulled out a chair and sat as close to Dina as possible.

"It's good to see you back, Honey!" said later.

Dina put on her smile, made David anxious, then pinched next to the girl's cheek.

"Lad! Sick tau."

"I'm missing you anyway."

"Book?"

"Did you not miss me?" David attacked.

"Mmh! How ya?" Dina hanging.

"Bad fuckin' shit!" David pouted, Dina laughed.

"Eh, by the way, you still have class?" david asked, Dina shook her head.

"We're yuk's way?"

"Where are you going?"

"Well, I'll think about it, but if we're looking for a place to eat first, I know a good place."

"Oh! Okay then!"

Not lingering, they immediately left the classroom, because it was more practical, they finally decided to go using one car, then David's car was chosen, and then David's car was chosen, while Dina's car was left in the campus parking lot.
