Mike's Family
The next day, Mike and Angel visit Mike's extended family home. During the trip, Mike keeps reminding Angel of his family's harsh character. Moreover, his grandmother and grandfather were famous for being very creepy.
Hearing all of Mike's stories, Angel has started to freak out on her own. Especially if he has met directly with all of them, maybe Angel can be made faint.
There Angel was welcomed by Mike's family. There are both Mike's parents, his grandparents, and a young married couple and his brother Mike.
Everyone gathered to ask Mike and Angel for an explanation about the press conference yesterday. Slowly, Angel and Mike began to explain everything in detail.
“So, you guys are getting married?” asked the grandmother to open her voice.
Angel and Mike nodded slowly. Seeing Angel nervous, Mike tried to calm her down by clasping her hand tightly.
“What capital have you got to marry Angel, Mike?” ask the grandfather who spoke up this time.
“I have a steady job,” answered Mike short.
“That's not enough!” said the grandparents were compact to make Angel more nervous.
“I already have a private vehicle, I also already have a house to live in by both of us after getting married later.”

A moment later, Angel fell silent and did not answer Mike's mother's question. Hearing his mother's question, Mike tried to answer it. However, Angel prevented it all by holding Mike's hand and asking him to shut up and let himself answer the question.

Mike's mother smiled, hearing Angel's reply she was satisfied. Grandpa and Grandma Mike also seemed very satisfied to hear Angel's answer; their future daughter-in-law.
After everything is understood, they finally agree to the marriage of Angel and Mike. That way, Angel can breathe a sigh of relief and is quite calm with all the questions from the Mike family that were thrown at him.
“Angel, are you sure you're getting married to Mike?” ask Mike's mom to come back.
Angel smiled and nodded slowly, “Angel is confident with Angel's choice, Auntie.”
“Do not call aunty, from now on you are like your own son. Call mama, yeah?” her door smiled softly.
Angel nodded slowly, agreeing. Mike's mother clasped Angel's hands together and looked at her face so closely. His eyes look radiant and loving a mother to her child. Seeing Mike's mother's different gaze as when he first came, Angel immediately smiled gently and breathed a sigh of relief.
“Angel, be patient with Mike. Mike is stubborn, grumpy, spoiled and all his desires must always be fulfilled. But, behind all that Mike's the man in charge. You should always support whatever the choice is,” his advice.
“You take it easy, whatever it is, Mike's bad, Angel will always stand next to Mike.”
When Angel and Mike's mother were talking, suddenly a woman came out of her room sitting in a wheelchair with no hair on her head.
With a pale face and pushed by his brother Mike named Mario, the woman tried to smile.
“He's our little sister, Mia," Mario replied as he carried Mia towards Angel.
“Hallo brother, introduce me Mia brother Mario and brother Mike,” he said introduce himself.
“Hallo Mia, I'm Angel. Nice to meet you.” Angel approached Mia and held her hands gently.
“Please take care of my stubborn brother well, I'm happy to finally get brother Mike married too.”
Angel laughed a little. Seeing Angel with Mia, Mike approached his sister.
“Basic of brats, who is stubborn?” mike exclaimed while pinching his sister's cheeks.
“Sister Mike,” answered Mia while laughing cheerfully
“Basic brat!”
Mike and Mia tickle each other, joking like a brother and sister who love each other. Seeing the brothers together, Angel smiled a little.
The atmosphere of Mike's house is so warm and loving. Angel was quite happy to be in the middle of Mike's family. Although at first, he was very tense with the glare of Mike's sharp grandmother and grandfather's eyes.
“The name is Mia,” said Mario to make Angel look at Mario's face. “The age is still 12 years, Mia has suffered from leukeumia since childhood. In fact, since she was 10 years old, Mia was already unable to walk because of her increasingly weakened condition. His physical condition already did not allow him to be like other normal people.
“Mia is our source of happiness, Mike and I love Mia very much. Moreover, Mike, he is closest to Mia and loves his sister very much. Ever since Mia was sick, Mike always accompanied Mia and comforted her. In front of Mia, we never cried or complained.
"She never cried or showed her pain in front of us. Mike is a strong person, he never cries or is sad,” Mario story at length about the figure of their little brother.

“Mia is already in chemotherapy, papah is a cancer specialist doctor, mamah a pediatrician, my wife Nita is a nurse while I myself work as a heart surgeon. “Until we had to do chemotherapy, Mia still could not be cured. Mia is a strong child, even though she knows her age is not too long and just waiting for time, Mia always stays strong," said Mario with teary eyes.
Hearing the story of Mario, did not feel the tears of Angel came out just like that. Angel did not expect at all, behind Mike's happiness, Mike's arrogant attitude, he was so warm, attentive and affectionate.
“Mike really likes little kids. Every time he saw a child, Mike always gave his affection. That's the advantage of Mike,” said Mike's mother.
“You should know Ngel, Mike's real dream is to be a musician. Mike is very happy to make songs and play the piano, but it has been almost 5 years since he never played the piano again. Mike really wanted to make music school, but unfortunately his dream was not able to realize,” said Mike's father.
“It's not Mike's dream to be a runner?” angel did not understand.

“By Mia, Mike is willing to be a runner and let go of all his dreams. And for Mia's sake, Mike works hard to heal Mia,” replied Mario haltingly.
Angel was so surprised to hear the statements of Mario, Nita and also his father. As it turns out, Mike's real dream is not to be a runner but to be a musician.
“Everyone only knows Mike wants to be a runner. But, actually, only the family knows that Mike actually wants to be a musician.
“Mike was very closed, he never told anything and complained to anyone. Mike always keeps it to himself," said his father Mike back.
“Angel, because now you will be part of our family. So we tell you everything and tell you the truth. You're the second woman Mike took home besides Ghea, his childhood friend. Therefore, we expect a lot of you, Ngel,” said Mike's mother while holding her two hands Angel.
