The Not A Dream Marriage

The Not A Dream Marriage
PART 52 (NOT A DREAM WEDDING 1)

Gio's shady look was like magic capable of rapidly twisting the bow of Salsa's mind. Salsa changed the plan he had made from the beginning. A nod of the head that changed everything.

“One more time are you sure?” ask Gio to make sure. He did not want Salsa to feel forced or everything that happened later because of his coercion.

With lightning fast Salsa began to get busy with all the considerations that began to ambush the mind. One nod looks steady again!

“Gue ready,” steady Salsa replied by staring at the glare of sharp eyes. Hopefully the decision he made this time does not re-trapping himself and the family he loves.

The two of them returned to the room where two families were waiting for answers and certainty. Salsa inhaled a breath and threw it away slowly, she relaxed herself. I hope his mind is back bright.

“I'm willing.”

The words that came out of Salsa's mouth suddenly made everyone in the room stare in disbelief.

“Are you sure?” ask Mr. Hermawan who can do no more.

“Iya Ca, have you thought carefully?” mamah stared fixedly at the youngest princess, she knew very well how her daughter was.

Although Mamah knows Gio very well but Gio is not the man his son chose and wanted. Salsa understood the concerns she was thinking about, but deep down she had planned another wedding for Salsa.

Salsa began to explain her determination to choose the decision she had taken, she only hoped that all were not disappointed in her decision especially to Reza's parents.

“I'm sorry Om Hermawan, this is my choice.” Salsa was silent, it felt like holding back the crying was very tormented.

Both families are now apologizing for everything that has happened and hopefully the decision taken does not harm both families.

They all try to accept with a free heart, especially Reza who is not at all aware of other plans from Salsa hopefully he can understand.

Two large families had walked out of the room, the guests regrouped and calmed down.

“Siap,” Gio replied firmly as usual still with a calm face.

“Alright we will start.” Mr. Penghulu continues the event that was delayed.

The pledge Gio had spoken smoothly without a hitch. He really feels like he has prepared mentally.

The sound of screaming confirming filled the room, the flowing prayers sounded solemn. This time Salsa shed tears. Is he sad or happy? For sure he was very moved by the atmosphere of marriage that he did not want.

"I'm sorry Ja" Salsa said in her heart.

The sungkeman event continued, begging and apologizing to the bride and groom's parents. Gio looked down this time he really shed tears.

Where his mind had floated considering both of his parents. His heart was like a whip considering the departure of the father facing the creator and the whereabouts of his mother who was out of nowhere he still did not know.

Joni rubbed Gio's shoulders, strengthening the heart of the boy she knew so well. He believes that Gio is capable of being a good husband to his daughter. His late father's wish has been fulfilled.

Married her son to Joni's daughter without a string of arranged marriages. Gio cried, hugging Joni's body. A man who also played a role in helping his survival.

Gio promised in his heart, in return for his gratitude Gio would make his son happy as a form of returning the favor.

***********

Reza stared at the nanar from behind the hideout, watching the scene that left him devastated. Witnessing the sacred vows spoken of by the person he loved so much. This man should be sitting happily with a woman who fills his time in 3 years of his life.

Pledge that has been established can not be retracted. Reza's folly forgets others who also want to live with Salsa. Reza wept shedding her sadness and despair. Why would Salsa betray herself by marrying another man as a surrogate?

Salsa's marriage was the price of death that Reza had to willingly accept as a form of Salsa's step to sacrifice himself to be able to live with Reza later.
