52 - More Than Friends
After dinner, Alice seemed like she used to take Dr. Bryan to the porch.
On the porch of the house Bryan looked at Alice with a meaningful gaze.Suddenly Bryan holding his hand, staring at her meaningfully, as Alice's eyes rounded large, he swallowed his Saliva in nervousness.
"Nora, I want to be honest with you, actually I feel comfortable being around you."Bryan.
"Really?, I mean of course, we're friends." Reply Alice chuckled.
"Can we be more than friends?." Doctor Bryan asked with an earnest gaze to make Alice quickly release Bryan's hand that was holding her.
"I'm sorry, I don't want to make you feel sad, but to be honest I'm not ready, because you don't know the real me yet, you'll be disappointed."Said Alice.doctor Bryan frowning her.
"Em fine, I won't force you, but we're still friends right?, who knows I can change your answer this time."Doctor Bryan said again, and Alice just smiled.
"Nora, tomorrow is my parents' second wedding anniversary, I want to invite you to come, you want to?."Said Doctor Bryan again trying to address the topic.
Alice was silent for a moment because Tomorrow she was still working.
"I can't promise, but I'll try."Reply Alice.
"I'll pick you up tomorrow night, it's 7 o'clock, it's right with your commute, it doesn't matter if you're late, what matters is that you come."Reply Bryan.
Alice smiled and nodded, Doctor Bryan smiled and said goodbye, before running his car, he still saw Alice, there was a bit of sadness because of her Love was rejected, but Alice's answer made her able to accept it, because it was as if there was hope that Alice gave her.
Alice then went into her room and sat on the edge of the bed, thinking of Bryan who had expressed love for himself.
"I also feel comfortable, this comfort is the same as I feel together with Mr. Ares, but I feel unworthy for you Doctor Bryan, I'm not a good woman, she said, I'm a despicable woman, I'm just where a striped-nose man vents his desires." Alice murmured, until tears escaped out soaking her cheeks.

Next day.
Alice who had just come out of the room saw Bryan again coming to pick him up.
Alice smiled. "Doctor Bryan, what's in the kitchen?." Ask Alice.
"I want to help Cantika cook for us."Reply Doctor Bryan smilingly looked at Alice with a loving gaze.
Alice smiled as well as Cantika who heard Bryan's reply.

"Nora, I'll pick you up tonight, don't think about clothes, I'll take you to a place where I'm ready for your dress."Doctor Bryan said before Alice got off Bryan's car to get into Ares' house.
"Yes Doctor Bryan, if I get permission to go home early, I'll call you."Reply Alice and Doctor Bryan nodded with his sweet smile.
When Alice went into Bu Ajeng's room, it appeared that Bu Ajeng was not in the room, Alice asked a servant who passed by.
when he heard that Ares brought him to the back, where there was a Fish pond, Alice was immediately there, and Ares seemed to sit side by side with Bu Ajeng, inviting her to chat.
"Ma, if you're cured, I promise you I'll spend more time with you, I won't waste my time with you."Ares.
Alice who saw a smile saw the Man with his Mother, on the other hand, Sora who saw Alice's gaze fixed on Ares was quickly walking from behind Alice and hit Alice with her shoulder, and Alice with her shoulder, it almost made Alice fall.
Alice pouted, but Sora ignored her and walked closer to Ares, hugging the man from behind, making Ares frown, but he did not brush her off to keep Sora feeling. Alice who saw was disgusted by the attitude of Sora, who cheated on her behind and still shameless to show her romance in front of her, even though Ares alone looked Engaged.
Ares turned his head and saw Alice looking towards him, Ares swallowed his Saliva, then he stood up, and Sora's hand slowly slipped off.
"Alice, please take care of Mama, I'm going to the office."Ares and Alice nodded.
Ares looked for a moment at Alice with a meaningfully flat gaze before he passed away while Sora looked at Alice with an annoyed look.
Alice returned Sora's gaze with a mocking smile as Ares ignored her, Sora let out an annoyed breath, then walked away in her annoyance.
