The Night Hunter

The Night Hunter
Prolegomenon

So calm that the wind did not say hello stroking the leaves on the twigs. Tonight the sky was bright with stars sprinkled. Not only that makes this night beautiful, the moon shines brighter than usual. There was a fairly large rainbow ring around. The myth is, if you find such a phenomenon, it means there is a catastrophe that will occur.

"Abueuu ...." The wolf's howl sounded.

A pack of wolves stared up. Staring at the moon that was slowly covered with clouds until the circle that had been intact is now sinking in the night.

"What disaster will happen?" A wolf asked.

"Either the clear ...," his speech stopped in a subtle growl as he turned into the dark forest. The gray wolf that was larger in size than the other wolves took a position at the front. Tell the herd to back off. He felt something from the darkness.

"Retreat!" he took a step back when he inhaled a nose-piercing smell. "It stinks .. dead bodies."

"Tribal head!"

"You all back off. My wife, take the kids away!" The big wolf snarled. "Go quickly!" He knew in the dark there was no ordinary creature.

The red eyes seemed to glow from the darkness. That figure is getting closer. The foul smell released felt disgusting to the wolf.

"Go, I'll catch up" he told his wife. And the woman was forced to go with her children and other herds.

"What is that thing?" Just now a few wolves had joined forces to help the chief.

"Amaggghhh ...." The figure in the darkness moved swiftly-jumping towards the wolf standing on the front left side, but with a swift movement the chief butted the creature from the side. Caromed. The creature rolled on the ground.

The figure was clearly visible under the moonlight which slowly started to shine brightly.

"Vampire?" one of the serigara herds said.

His figure was like a human with a black eyeball gleaming red in the middle. The clothes worn look shabby and torn. The figure shows both of its pointed and sharp fangs. They look like vampires, but what sets them apart is their sanity. When the figure ran, the chieftain ran towards the figure-jumping-biting the creature's neck and then tore it apart with a single bite.

"They are many." Suddenly, the creature surrounded the wolves.

Grrh...

The wolves growled revealing their large and sharp fangs. With a quick movement they had toppled the figure that looked like a vampire.

......***......

On the other hand, in a city.

Messed up. Riots are heard everywhere. The sound of screams, the sound of asking for help mixed.

"Ti-no ... No, don't come any closer!" The woman's voice was almost inaudible because she was so afraid of the figure in front. His face was hideous with bluish purple veins running all over his face, neck, and other body. Both of his eyeballs were reddish in color, looking like a sore eye. His mouth opened while revealing his two new upper fangs. "Byhoo!" The two fangs of the creature had been stuck in the neck of the woman. He sucked his blood until the woman did not move anymore. The thirst of that figure was more terrifying than that of a vampire.

The figure threw the woman onto the asphalt and then went to look for other prey-walking limping like an undead.

Fifteen minutes later ...

The woman who was on the asphalt earlier, her hands seemed to move, as well as her wide-eyed, turning clockwise. His smooth white skin turned pale with veins poking out on the bluish purple area of the face. His body reflexively rose while opening his mouth, his two fangs were slowly elongated. His sense of smell is starting to get active .. he finds prey. Bloods. He needs blood. Her thirst is unbearable, like a newborn baby who needs breast milk.

From a distance an invisible figure stood in a dark place watching the chaos unfold. "The troublemakers ...," he murmured angrily, "does he want to destroy my food?" (Food.meaning is human).
