Ch 29's. Take Max hostage
Max's henchmen in Hebra's town immediately responded to Max's orders, joining several members of the Crocklyn Association and heading to Max's residence to receive the invasion order. They numbered three hundred people and some of them were strong enough to be of the blue swordsman level even one of them was at the second level of the black swordsman.
They drove their horses fast, dust scattered making the view become disturbed. People just see the astonishment, it's not unusual for something like this to happen in Hebra, everybody thinks there must be something big going on.
On the way, Thomson and some of his members encounter a mob of Max's men. They then join and together towards the host Max.

Chiao Feng who was fastening towards the residence of master Max arrived first rather than Max's men. At the gate Chiao Feng was blocked by the gatekeeper, but Chiao Feng paid no heed to it, instead crashing into the gatekeeper with his horse, Chiao Feng headed straight towards where he laid the lightning god sword.
Chiao Feng still found it there, no one could move it. Chiao Feng immediately picked it up and entered master Max's house. A few guards blocked him by putting up a fight, but they were no match for Chiao Feng. Six guards had been killed in Chiao feng's hands, while three others were seriously injured.
Master Max who noticed Chiao Feng's arrival instantly picked up the weapon, while Richard tried to peer through the conditions outside the window. A spear shot rapidly towards the window thrown by Chiao feng. The spear went through Richard's head.
Max who saw his partner killed became frightened, in his heart he hoped that help from the city of Hebra would come soon. Max then hid in his room. Holding a sword in his right hand and a knife of medium size in his left.
Chiao Feng, who knew Max's whereabouts, went straight to where Richard had killed him and jumped out of the window. The frightened Max, there was not the slightest bit of courage left in his body. He trembled as Chiao feng came before him. Even the sword and knife in his hand could not be moved.
“I won't let you go jerk, you'll be judged by the people you've enslaved all this time” Chiao Feng said as he advanced closer towards Max
Chiao Feng kicked Max's stocky body, thus making Max retreat a few steps. His sword and knife have fallen. Chiao Feng then pulled Max's hand and dragged him out. Chiao Feng took Max to the stables behind Max's house, he took the rope and stuffed Max's mouth with a cloth and tied the max and put it on the horse. Chiao Feng picked up the reddish-colored horse and pulled the horse that was carrying Max towards the opposite direction to the mining direction.

An hour later, Max's men arrive at Max's house. They saw Max's house was so messy. They got off the horse and checked to find out what had happened. A survivor they found. The guard told of the arrival of a young man who broke into Max's residence alone, even Richard was killed in his hands. The guard also said that master Max was taken by the young man while pointing to the direction of the departure of Chiao feng.
Max's men directly mounted their horses and chased chiao feng towards the direction designated by the guard.

On the other hand Brown and the whole group had reached the mountain of seven vortexes. The seven vortex mountain was a mountain whose bottom half was rocks and the top half was a forest. Although this mountain is not so high but effective enough for hiding places.
Brown ordered thirty people to take the wood as a trap, and thirty others to find food in the forest. They designed the traps according to Brown's instructions and some people were quite skilled at making traps.
Night began to arrive, the sun on the west side began to set. Brown assigned six squads of five men each to stand guard alternately, each of whom would stand guard for three hours. While the rest will rest in the designated place.
Until morning, no one was seen coming, neither Chiao feng nor Max's men. They waited while making plans ahead.
