...Chapters 23. Paying debts....

After Eulalia decided to help the orphanage, she stopped by.

Upon arriving inside, Eulalia was concerned about the condition of their building where the walls had been a lot of holes and dull then, Eulalia also saw furniture that had been damaged a lot but, they still use it.

Seeing that condition, Eulalia felt annoyed herself. "What is the leader of this city really doing?" inner Eulalia.

After that, Eulalia sat down on the dining chair with the young man and the priestess whom they introduced.

"Thank you in advance, Brother Eulalia. Sorry I haven't introduced myself. My name is Jean and this is my sister" said Jean, who ended up introducing her and introduced herself.

"I'm Aru. Hello, Brother Eulalia! And, thank you for helping me fight those loan shark adventurers." Aru looked down while lifting up and saw both of his hands. "If I were stronger, I could protect Jean and all the sisters here."

But these few months, Aru and Jean could not take on an adventurous mission because one of the orphanage children was seriously ill. Therefore, loan sharks charge continuously.

"Captain, he's the one!" yell out the runaway guys.

The captain was also seen to have a witch profession which made him confident approaching by carrying a rat who was previously an evil adventurer. Then, blocking the steps of Eulalia and the others.

"So, you're the witch who cursed my sister!" said upset witch man.

Aru and Jean are agitated by the presence of the witch man in front of her. But not with Eulalia.

"That's really me. Is there a problem?" say relax Eulalia.

"Low woman!" exasperated the witch man while taking the magic wand and wanting to cast magic however, the voice of the man behind her stopped her.

"Stop!"

The witch man recognized the voice and stopped his attack. Then, he faced the side and bowed his body. "I'm sorry."

Seeing that, Eulalia also glanced to the side with a sharp gaze where she saw the fat man in a suit and gold jewelry.

"What are you doing to our guests?" said the fat man as he approached Eulalia. Then, he stopped near Eulalia and the others. "Oh, it turns out you're kids from the orphanage. Maybe you guys changed your mind about selling the orphanage kids?!"

Hearing that, Aru was upset. "What?!"

And Eulalia held Aru back from moving. Then, Eulalia looked at the fat man with a trivial smile.

"No. We're here to pay the orphanage's debt."

Hearing that, the fat man smiled happily. "really? I'm glad to hear it. Then, how much are you gonna pay?"

Eulalia replied confidently, "I will pay for everything. Give me the loan documents!"

"Oh, so. All right, wait a minute!" replied the fat man. Then, he told his men to take the documents after that, the documents were given to Eulalia.

"Everything is 2.7 Million Valis and it is clear of all your debts" said the fat man.

And Eulalia saw the contents of the document which had the same value as what the fat man called.

"All right, I'll pay you all" replied Eulalia.

Then, Eulalia issued 2 Platinum coins and 8 white gold coins.

"I'm paying for it!" eulalia said as she threw a coin at the fat man, Eulalia, Aru, and Jean turned and walked towards the exit.

In the middle of it, Eulalia burned the documents she held with fire magic and threw them onto the office floor.

"It's nice to do business with you!" said the fat man who bowed his body followed by his men until Eulalia came out of the room.

After Eulalia and the others came out, the fat man returned his position and changed his expression with an annoyed look.

"Jlang Woman! Just watch out for you!" say pissed off fat guy.
