"Be careful when you go down make sure you hold the scroll tightly." Violet began to walk down the cliff.

"Mrs." Nodding Kevin started to go down in Violet's way.

"Yes, we've arrived what's going on?" Violet was puzzled as she saw the village fence being destroyed along with some corpses lying around. "Lizardman comes attacking." Violet had not seen any monsters yet but had already deduced her.

"Woi calm yourself down, there are still some people who can be saved." Said Kevin.

Violet regained her senses and instantly whipped out the two swords at her waist. "I'll kill them." Violet ran straight to advance.

"I wish you hadn't died." Kevin took out his Demon Sword and immediately chased after Violet.

In just a few times clashing slashes, Violet had been injured and thrown backwards.

"Like it's impossible." Kevin immediately catches Violet and takes her to safety.

"Thank you." Violet said withstanding the bleeding and received Kevin's potion.

"You better help the citizens I'm gonna divert the Lizardmen, even though I'm pretty strong." Kevin gave advice.

Somehow moody Violet seems not to want to follow Kevin's advice to help the citizens.

"Do you still have family in this village?" Asked Kevin.

"My mother died of an illness and my father died while driving the Lizardman out of the village now I have no other family." Answer Violet.

"What about the people?" Asked Kevin.

"Mm. they don't like me." Answer Violet.

"So that's why you don't want to help them?" Kevin guess.

"I don't mean to begi-nm.yeah they hate me." Violet wanted to reject Kevin's guess but her end chose to say just that.

"I don't think you want to help them." Said Kevin.

"Why.. do you think so?" Asking Violet.

"So you immediately attacked the Lizardman without thinking after seeing the corpses of the citizens when the Lizardman was three times stronger than you." Said Kevin.

"It's not like that..." Violet remained silent.

"Whatever it is as good as you're using time well, I'll distract them." Kevin said out of hiding.

Seeing Kevin willing to sacrifice himself to help the villagers that Kevin did not know made Violet moved and then look for survivors and began to take her to a safe place.
