Episode 18: Valkyrie Gloves

Theo and his friends continued to slaughter the skull relentlessly, the number of skulls that appeared was endless, they killed one would appear the other two skulls. The longer they slaughtered the skulls, the more exhausted their stamina became. There was no way to finish the skull sent by Hades.

"Damn it, it's endless!" Baron grumbled

"We're just running to get to Aname's country." Hendrick

Theo and his friends ran away and ran towards Aname Country, the journey to Aname Country took 5 days. They kept running but the skulls were endless, on their way accompanied by skull attacks. They removed the skulls to ease their journey.

They reached the border between the Land of Tafos and the Land of Aname, right as Kevin said, there are guards guarding the border of Aname Country, so it will not be easy to enter the Land of Aname.

"So what is it?" Ask Baron

They saw a very large snake, shaped like Medusa but much larger than Medusa herself.

"It's Medusa." Said Evan

"It's so big." Baron murmured

Medusa was asleep, they were worried that they would wake her up if they passed her, the power of Medusa was to make people become stone, they were worried that if Medusa woke up, they would become stone.

Theo fired a Silent weapon at Medusa's body, with the instant that Medusa disappeared from her place.

The Underworld: Aname Country

They ran again and finally reached the gate of Aname Country, before they entered, the second time Ker approached them.

"You great wanderers, are you sure you want to enter the Land of Aname?" Ask Ker

"What's inside?" Ask Baron

"There's an old friend of yours." Ker

"Who!?" Ask Theo

"Ganyan." Ker Say

They were all shocked, Ganyan was inside Aname Country, Ganyan was killed sacrificing himself to summon the Phoenix, Ganyan was really meritorious in their journey. However, they are unable to resurrect Ganyan, as Ganyan's body is already destroyed and no longer remains due to being burned by the Phoenix.

Inside the Land of Aname is very different from the Land of Tafos, because in the Land of Aname more like the Upper World, the difference with the sky is red. They went in and headed downtown. There they saw many merchants selling weapons, ranging from swords, armor, shields, spears, arrows, and others.

The baron ran with vigor and looked at those weapons. He asked the seller of spears, shields, and armor.

"How much does this spear, shield, and armor cost, sir?" Ask Baron

"One head." Said

"Here's all the lunatics, selling stuff in exchange for body parts."

Then, Baron saw a man passing by, without further ado Baron punched the man's passing head until his head was severed. The baron gave the head to the seller.

"This sir."

The seller was shocked, but still accepted the Baron's gift, the broken head raving to the Baron.

"Yes, your head will grow again." Baron

After that Baron got his weapon, green armor, green spear, and green shield as well. Baron approached the group with his new weapon.

"Crazy, really cool." Said Evan

"Yes dong, it costs one head." Baron

Evan scratched his head. Then, Theo looked at some traders who were transacting with his limbs. Theo was curious about a gold glove sold by one of the merchants, Theo approached the merchant and asked for the price.

"How much do these gloves cost?" Ask Theo

"Pair of hands."

Theo just shut up, then he called Kevin.

"Kevin' here." Theo

"What's wrong?" Ask Kevin

"Borrow your sword."

Kevin unsuspectingly gives his sword to Theo, then Theo uses the sword and slashes down Kevin's hands.

Both of Kevin's hands were severed and given to the gold glove dealer.

"This sir." Theo

Kevin was shocked, then he nagged.

"What the hell, you don't know that hands will grow for 4 days!" Kevin nags

"Here you go, I'll just borrow your hand, I'll change a good sword for you." Theo

Hendrick who saw it just laughed, then Hendrick approached his father.

"Dad, I have a sword for you." Hendrick

Hendrick gives Kevin his sword, Kevin is very happy, but until now Kevin is still confused, because Hendrick always calls him father. Kevin felt that he had no children. Kevin's memories of the Upper World were lost when he entered the Underworld.

After shopping, they stayed at one of the hotels, costing one week at the hotel one eye, Hendrick took off his eyes and was given to Receptionis then they stayed at the hotel.

"Name Valkyrie." Said the glove

"The valkyrie? She's a flying horsewoman?"

"Yes, you know him."

"How did you get here?" Ask Theo

Theo saw everything clearly. Theo stops the power of the glove and Kevin cries as he recalls his past.

Hendrick looked at Kevin, and Kevin looked at Hendrick.

Theo reached the top of the hill, then Theo saw a man he knew, Ganyan. Ganyan was sitting there, Theo came up to him and called him.

"Ganyan." Call Theo

Ganyan wakes up and stares at Theo, Theo knows for sure Ganyan won't recognize him.

"What's your purpose in meeting me?" Ask Ganyan

"We are friends." Theo

Ganyan smiled, he ran towards Theo and attacked Theo, but Theo easily dodged his attack.

"Tough on you too." Ganyan

Ganyan returned to his fist at Theo, again Theo dodged his attack easily.

"I'm not here to fight." Theo

"You scared?" Ask Ganyan

"Ah shit, then I'll use this weapon."

Ganyan's face changed, then he laughed out loud.

"Why are you laughing?" Ask Theo

"You're serious Theo?" Ask

"You know me?"

"I knew you'd be here." Ganyan

Ganyan ran towards Theo and hugged him, Theo returned Ganyan's embrace.

"How can you remember about the Upper World?"

"I don't know, I forgot everything, and then I met Elliad, he was wearing a wolf-shaped shirt, my memory suddenly recovered, I tried to get to him, but he attacked me instead, I was defeated with him easily, from then on I did not want to spend the day in the Underworld and decided to isolate myself here, I know you will definitely find me."

"How long have you been here, Ganyan?"

"I don't know, how long is it in the Upper World?" Ask Ganyan

"5 Years, Phoenix can't help." Theo

"No need for Theo, I'll stay here, I'll help you on your journey in the Underworld, we'll find the spirits of Chloe, Hendrick, and Elliad." Ganyan
