Chapter 6

The heat of the sun was stinging. Several times Maya wiped the sweat dripping from her forehead. He still had to clean the garden with his hands in the heat of the sun. But he thinks it's better than having to deal with corn hair.

Maya stopped her scream and opened the palm that covered her face. He felt familiar with the familiar voice in his ears. Sure enough, the corn hair was sitting on the edge of the pond while glaring at him.
