Part 88 Back Home

Tan invites Yuki to dinner at the hospital's front tavern. She and Yuki had been waiting for the birth of the twins young master and Lady Raya with a tense and starving stomach. How not to get tense if you see Aska who is not stopping babbling and always trembling when looking at Raya who is in pain.

"I ordered a meat soup and a glass of tea with honey"

"Me too" Yuki said as she placed down a menu in the tavern.

"It's very happy that you see Miss Raya giving birth to twins" Yuki chanted. Tan fell silent, he took off his suit and rolled up his white shirt sleeves. Tan combed her hair with fingers. She looks so perfect in Yuki's eyes that she can't turn to look at Tan sitting in front of her.

"Stop fantasizing" baritone Tan's voice disperse Yuki's daydream. The girl's face flushed like a boiled crab. He was caught imagining the man in front of him.

"Say what's your plan?" tan asked as he waited for the order to come to their table.

"What does master mean?"

"Do you want to forever be Miss General's bodyguard? you don't have dreams or ideals?"

Yuki smiled, he was silent for a moment.

"Of course I have big dreams master, from childhood I love to cook, and you know myself I once worked in a famous restaurant as an assistant master chef"

Tan listened carefully, he saw Yuki's face sparkling. Yuki seems to be herself when she tells him about her wishes.

"You want to be a chef?"

"Right, after Miss Raya gives birth I will resign and start looking for work in the restaurant again"

"If that's all I can do for you"

The order arrived at Tan and Yuki's table. Both of them were busy enjoying the delicious food. Nobody talks anymore. For Tan, he already knew enough about Yuki's dream. And for Yuki he was relieved to tell Tan about his wish.

After eating Tan and Yuki return to Aska and Raya's house, they prepare all the necessities to welcome Raya and her two children later. Tan makes sure the nursery is clean and comfortable.

Yuki checks the baby clothes neatly arranged, and makes sure no equipment is left behind or forgotten to buy. Yuki checked the grocery list yesterday and ticked it with a pencil.

Yuki walked towards Kai's room which was sound asleep. He saw the nurse sleeping on the sofa near Kai's bed.

Yuki closed Kai's room door and went back downstairs. Tan was ready to go pick up the little family.

"You can go home"

"But sir, if you need me later, how will you?"

"Go home"

"All right, sir"

Yuki did not argue anymore, actually he wanted to also welcome the arrival of the cute twins, but what power Tan asked him to go home. The man was always just not right, he could not even read Yuki's simple thought of wanting to join in celebrating the joy in the house once the young master and the lady brought their child home.

The stupid girl already looked tired but still forced herself. You better go home and rest.

Tan looked at Yuki who was walking further and further away from the residence of the young Admaja family. Tan entered the car and rushed to the hospital.
