Alvaro yawned a few times, it felt like he could no longer. Last night he came home for a while and then came back for stopping his sick co-worker.
"Suster Intan, I'm out for a bit" Alvaro told his assistant
"Okay doctor, rest there is still time for the next schedule"
Alvaro nodded, he wanted to go out for a while to buy coffee. His head began to weigh.
If it was not wrong Nathan opened his cafe branch not far from the hospital, Alvaro decided to refresh himself there for a while.
"Welcome to Caffedia. What do you want to order?"

Aletta sighed Alvaro's shadow with Vanessa flashed through her mind.
