They stepped out of the hospital into the car park, and Evelyn got into Ezekiel's car.

The atmosphere in the car was very quiet Evelyn stared out the car window, while Ezekiel focused on the steering wheel. Before long the car had reached the front of Evelyn's alley, Evelyn opened the seatbelt and would get out of Ezehzkiel's car.
