Zelia stared at the crowded street despite being very late at night, she wiped the tears that suddenly dripped down her face.

Marvel did not mess with his words, the man was like he did not come home because it is now 12 o'clock. Zelia's crying voice grew even more broken as she remembered how sad her life was.

This day he kept himself in the room without going out, even from the morning he had not had breakfast because his appetite for food had been gone since his quarrel with Marvel this morning.

Zelia frowned confusedly when she saw a familiar car enter her garage, she wiped her tears and ran out of the room down the stairs.

"Marvel accident."It was not Nia who answered but Gino made Zelia's body helpless at that very instant.

"There's no time for Zelia! Now get us ready to go to the hospital," Gino said, cutting off Zelia's speech.

Zelia hurriedly ran back to her room and put on long clothes, grabbed her bag and cell phone and walked back to her parents.

"Ma, Marvel's okay, right?"zelia asked frantically as they were already in the car.

Gino, who was focused on driving, cleared his throat, while Nia just quietly calmed her daughter who looked really worried about Marvel's condition.

"You're fighting with Marvel?"nia asked quietly when she saw Zelia had started to calm down.

Long enough Zelia was silent, she was confused by the circumstances. What should he say to his parents? Zelia can't be honest if Marvel is cheating again, because it will make them angry and could have kept Zelia away from Marvel. And Zelia won't let that happen.

"Ma, why don't you take a sample?"Zelia tried to shift the topic, but there were already 30 minutes in the car and until now had not reached the hospital. Whereas Zelia knows the hospital here is close to her house.

"The hospital is far away," answered Gino making Zelia have to sigh heavily.

Gino sidelined his car leaving his son and wife confused."Why stop, pa?"ask Nia to her husband.

"There's still a phone" replied Gino, raising his phone call.

While Zelia was really upset by the attitude of her mother and father who looked relaxed, even though her daughter-in-law might be struggling to live in the hospital! Really made him angry.

"Papa mama what the fuck, si? Zelia's husband is fighting for life! Why are you so relaxed?"zelia's protest made Gino turn his head immediately.

"You think we're not worried? Patience Zelia!"gino's reprimand made Zelia shut up.

Finally Gino returned to his car after his call was interrupted, the middle-aged man stopped his car in front of a cafe that looks lonely visitors make Zelia more dizzy and confused.

"Why stop here?"Zelia looked around her, this was not the hospital her parents were referring to but rather a cafe.

"We need to eat Zelia, after all, the doctor said Marvel can't be visited," Gino said in response to Zelia's confusion.

Now the three of them were just about to enter but suddenly the electricity there died making the place look dark. Zelia who was indeed a phobia with darkness immediately embraced her mother's body tightly while closing her eyes.

"Dark black, ma?"zelia muttered with a trembling voice.

"It looks like the power's off, huh. You sit here first, baby. Let mama look out, "gino said but Zelia hurriedly refused.

"No! Zelia's coming, afraid of the dark, pa."

"No papa brags, "reply Nia, letting go of Zelia's embrace and sitting her daughter in an empty chair.

Zelia closed her eyes even more as Gino and Nia had already left. His body began to tremble in fear, let alone the 10 minutes his parents had left him. The woman began to sob as the shadow of someone's terrifying laughter began to swirl in her head, then remembered Marvel who was struggling in the hospital.

The woman knows it must have been 1 pm more, considering that last time she left was 12 pm more.

The sound of the balloon exploding and the lights burning simultaneously made Zelia cry in shock, the woman eased her cry and stood up with a look of disbelief.

The birthday song that just sounded so loud made Zelia instantly remember that today she was her birthday. But his cry exploded even more as he looked at the people before him.

There were his best friends, his parents and Marvel's parents. Then Jordan, Clara and the others were all present. With Gea standing in the middle of them with a big cake in her hand.

"Hey, how about weeping, si?"nia said as she hugged Zelia's trembling body.

Zelia returned her mother's embrace as her sobbing sound grew louder. He was moved but the thought of Marvel made him cry even more loudly.

"Hi, make a wish first abis it's a candle blow," Gea said with a smile splattered on her lips.

Zelia let go of his embrace and wiped her still flowing tears. He prayed before finally blowing out the candle in front of him. The sound of a standing ovation greeted him in tandem with the accompaniment of the song that echoed in this cafe.

"Dear behind your body," Lia said, making Zelia spontaneously turn her body.

Suddenly his heart beat instantly crazed, he gaped in disbelief with the figure of the man who was now standing before him wearing neat clothes different from the clothes that this morning the man was wearing.

"Happy birthday, baby. The best prayer for you, long life, healthy always. May your love and affection for me continue to grow every day, may your ideals and hopes be realized soon. I'm sorry this morning it made you cry, baby. I love you and I miss you, honey" Marvel revealed as he cupped his wife's face. Giving a brief peck on the forehead, both cheeks and last lip of Zelia.

Zelia looked at Marvel with a frown. The next second he cried loudly when he realized that all day he was in prank? About Marvel cheating just their rotten plan to make him sad?

"So this?"Zelia looked one by one at the people around her asking for an explanation.

"This is a young man's plan, baby. We as parents just follow along," said Gino nodding by others.

Everyone there immediately laughed because they managed to make Zelia cry all day. Zelia's birthday party continues to run until the morning because they started it already at 1 pm more.
