Chapter 5: The Wedding Day

Today is the day that Rea and Dava will have their wedding. Although the wedding is not based on love from both, but still held with great fanfare. The wedding took place at the five-star luxury hotel owned by the Dava family.

Previously, Rea had told Rio that she was getting married today. And Rea had explained everything to Rio. And Rio also accepted it. And will be present today. "You're getting married, baby! Papa is happy for your happiness" he said with a faint smile. Her tears had washed her face.

Then Rea let go of her embrace and held her papa's hand.

"Pa.. Rea would stop by here often.

Rea sure.. Dava would agree!" he smiled trying to comfort his father.

"Yes, baby!" sahut.

"Sister. survived a new life huh. Gio hopes brother is always happy. And the little sister's family was always endowed with joy and peace. Being a family role model for everyone" said Gio then embraced Rea his favorite brother.

"Yes, thank you my Gio!" she smiled and returned a warm hug to her sister.

Both of them hugged for quite a while.

"Ehem, Yaudah.we go down to the hall, huh?" sahut papa Rei and mama Laila together.

"Yes, mom!" answer the two with a faint smile.

They went down to the hall where the blessing would take place. All eyes were staring at Rea. She looks beautiful and graceful.

"Wahh.the bride is so beautiful and graceful!"

"Yes, right. The groom is also handsome"

"Yes, they're a good match!"

Blah. blah. blah! There are many more compliments they get.

"It's just a contract marriage. But why am I so nervous. Oh, God, please forgive me! I didn't mean to play around with this wedding. But. I don't love him." he murmured inwardly.

Then he stepped towards Dava he was accompanied by his papa.

"Davas! Papa put our beloved daughter Rea to you. Please take care of her and love her with all your heart. And please don't hurt his heart. And, to you my daughter Rea, be a good and devoted wife. "Good pa!" said smile.

"Yes, pa!" sahut Rea smiled faintly.

"Alright, the bride and the groom are welcome to go up to the altar" the priest said.

Then Dava took Rea's hand and walked towards the altar.

The blessing event went well.

Dava and Rea stand face to face to pronounce their marriage vows.

"Beryl Davano Mourinho. Will you marry Andrea Carlissa Sean? And promise to always love her and accompany her in hard or happy circumstances?" Pastor's Sahut.

"I'm willing" she said firmly while looking fixedly at Rea's pretty face.

"Andrea Carlissa Sean. Will you marry Beryl Davano Mourinho? And promise to always love her and accompany her in hard or happy circumstances?" continued pastor.

"I. i.e..' his words stopped. He hesitated to answer what now. Then Dava held tightly to his hand and nodded his head.

"I. I'm willing" said Rea with a faint smile.

"I? I am now a wife. But.that's no big deal. It's just a contract marriage and it runs for a year" he murmured inwardly.

"All right! It's time for the groom to kiss the bride" said the pastor again.

"Strade.prok..prok!" All invited guests applauded eagerly looking forward to this moment to be captured in the media.

Sontak Rea.

"About? He's gonna kiss me again? What if Rio saw her? He will be angry and misunderstood about our relationship" he grumbled in his heart.
