The Chief Justice gestured to Arjuna to begin the trial. Arjuna stood in front of the room, looked at Queen Maheswari with a sharp gaze, and said, "Great Judges, nobles, and ladies and gentlemen, all of you, today we are present in front of you to bring justice to the evil deeds perpetrated by Queen Maheswari. We have strong evidence that shows his involvement in extortion and even murder."

Queen Maheswari maintained her calm appearance, yet in her heart she felt trembling. He looked at Arjuna with a cold gaze, "I am innocent of this accusation. I am a clear-minded queen and always strive for the good of this kingdom."

Arjuna smiled cynically, "We have evidence that will prove otherwise, Queen Maheswari. Let me call the first witness, a palace maid who works near Queen Maheswari. He has very important information about this case."

An old man in simple clothes and a face full of wrinkles entered the court room. He vowed to give an honest testimony.

Arjuna asked the question carefully, "Do you have any information about Queen Maheswari's involvement in the criminal acts we mentioned earlier?"

The palace maid gulped and replied softly, "Yes, sir. I saw Queen Maheswari involved in planning and executing extortion against royal members who disagreed with her policies. I also witnessed him being involved in an assassination attempt against one of the royal members who opposed him."

There was a rumble in the courtroom when the testimony was pronounced. Everyone was shocked to hear the confession of this first witness.

Arjuna looked at Queen Maheswari with confidence, "Not only that, we have documents proving Queen Maheswari's involvement in illicit transactions and secret records that substantiate our allegations. All this evidence is undeniable."

Queen Maheswari feels increasingly wedged in the undeniable snare of truth. His face was pale and tears were running down his cheeks.

Karan nodded his head in agreement. "You may seek to defend yourself, but no one can escape justice. The people need an honest and just leader, not someone who is involved in a crime."

Queen Maheswari tried to keep her composure, but worry was evident on her face. "I swear, I'm not involved in anything I'm accused of. This is a conspiracy made to bring me down."

Arjuna looked at him sharply. "Queen Maheswari, the truth will be revealed in the end. This trial will determine your fate."

Vikram, who had been listening carefully, decided to come along to talk. "Queen Maheswari, as a leader, you must take responsibility for your actions. There is no reason to break the law and harm the people."
