#KIM POV

My eyes reflexively closed, when the fragrant aroma I believed from a dish, crashed into my sense of smell and burst deeper. I felt that fragrance as if welcoming my arrival tonight, making me want to go in there immediately.

Unknowingly, this foot stepped quickly, hunting for the fragrant aroma that felt increasingly concentrated. My eyes circled, looking for the whereabouts of the person who created the scent.

Look, he's there. The figure of an angel who makes me always want to quickly return home, busy with various cookware and his favorite purple apron. It seems like he is busy and so focused on his activities, even when I put some paper bags on the table, his attention is still not diverted.

The corner of my lips was raised up, it happened automatically every time I saw it. Only he can make me do that. I stepped closer, trying to make as slow a move as possible to give him a little surprise.

“I'm home!” I looped my hands around her slender waist from behind. Inhaling deeply the scent of the body that always makes me opiate.

“KIM!!” It seemed like he was surprised by my sudden movements, and I felt good about it. But he seems annoyed at me at the moment.

“Happy?” I smiled triumphantly afterwards, with him back in contention with the pan of the box.

“I cooked a new menu today!” He showed me the activities that had made him unshakeable since then, his eyes glanced for a moment at me and then refocused.

“What is it?” I asked, though my eyes could see clearly a burnt meat on the pan, with smoke billowing.

“Steak?” I asked again, which was answered with a slow nod of the head by him.

“Can you let go first? I have to serve this steak first” I let go of my embrace by being forced, it feels not willing to let go of the body even if only for a moment. But what I can do, I can't be selfish and make him feel uncomfortable.

I stepped towards the dining table, where he would put his work later. Sit there, wait patiently. But my eyes can not be separated from every movement he made, even though it was just a small movement.

In my heart I always give thanks for the presence of the angel who was directly fielded by Him. I always felt bad a long time ago, especially for losing all my family members. But ever since he came into my life, for the first time I feel like I'm the luckiest person right now.

“Kim, did you buy all this for me?” Jane asked with a big smile, unable to hide her current pleasure.

The man called by his name glanced for a moment on the bed, noticing the happy expression of a Jane with a very simple gift.

“Oh My God, I want to devour them all” Jane again cheered happily, taking out chocolates of various shapes and brands from inside the paperbag impatiently.

Yes, Kim bought chocolate with a variety of different flavors, shapes and brands. More precisely, it was the result of the idea of Kannika, Jane's best friend. As Kannika says, Jane is a chocolate enthusiast, the girl can eat more than 10 chocolates in a day. But of course it will not happen, because aunt Hom will scold her.

Kim pulls the body of the wife, taking Jane into her warm embrace.

“This must be Nik's idea instead” muttered Jane in Kim's arms.

“Hhmm.. She said you really like chocolate, so I asked her to buy all the chocolate there” replied Kim honestly.

“I hope with all the chocolates, you won't be sad again” added Kim who made Jane break their embrace.

“Sad?” Jane asked with a face that was difficult to interpret.

“Hhmm. During these two days I saw you daydreaming and feeling sad. Maybe by buying you something you like can take away a little bit of your sadness, so fill my head” explained Kim enthusiastically.

“Why don't you just ask me? About the reason I daydream?”

“I'd really like to do that, really. But I think it will make you feel uncomfortable later. So I chose to buy you all this and hope you tell me everything. But if you're not ready, that's okay. I will wait until you feel comfortable and ready to tell me”, Kim replied, with a gentle gaze while raising one of her hands to stroke Jane's cheek.

Jane smiled and chose to sink her body back into Kim's arms.

“Can you stop to beg Ma?” Jane said with quivering lips holding something back for two days. Something that makes him daydream and feel sad.

“If she doesn't like you, then I'm fine! You've tried Kim, for me that's enough. I can't see you being scolded and treated harshly by her, even though she's my mother. You don't need to prove anything to her because the one who feels that love is me” added Jane, unknowingly her tears are now dripping and rushing over her cheeks.

Although the man never told her, if he did come to the Suchart Family mansion to explain to the great mistress Suchart that he really sincerely loved the family's youngest daughter. But what was obtained was only mockery and harsh words, making Jane's heart feel sad.

Don't ask her why she knows, Jane has a spy inside the mansion and is always faithfully reporting every incident that concerns her. And the day that the spy sent out a videotape, the husband was slapped, Jane was really sad and felt the pain of the slap Kim could always hide so well.
