# Part 31 AHM Mafia
Meggie Smith kept her promise to help care for Flower Michelin's twins.
Every female doctor has free time and does not work so she will come and take the time to meet Flower Michelin and also the two baby twins in the Patria family.
Like today, the woman came to visit and found the baby twins who were about three months old were ready to be taken for a walk out of the House.
They seemed very happy with the moves very agile in his baby stroller.
"Hi Zack, where are you going, baby?" say it to those two very funny babies. The two of them flung their hands into the air in great delight.
Flower Michelin smiled then replied, "The three of us are going out to walk the Onty Meg."
"That's great Flo. They need to look around the outside world. Look at them both so happy." Maggie Smith replied without turning her gaze away from the two cute babies. The two babies were really strong descendants of Patria. They don't stop kicking and hitting the air so funny.
"Come with me Mag, I want to celebrate my birthday somewhere."
"Well, it's Flo's birthday today, hum I'm sorry baby. I don't know about that." Maggie Smith looked at the young woman's face and smiled.
"Happy birthday Flo. May you always be happy and healthy." The female doctor immediately hugged and kissed Flower Michelin's cheeks affectionately. He considered the unmarried woman to be his own sister.
"Thank you so much Mag. Let's go right now. So we can go back this afternoon."
"Are we going to visit Aunt Matilda?"
"Ah not Mag. That's too far for baby Zack and Zoey. We just want to say hello to Miss Linda Brown at the Orphanage."
"Ah yes okay. I'll come along." They immediately set their feet on a Limousine that will take them to their destination. Maggie Smith looked around as if looking for something.
"Did George not come?" he asked after not finding the assistant who was always ready was not in that place.
"It's been two days that George hasn't been seen in This Mag House. I don't know where he went either. She just sent Mrs Hudson a message to look after us as long as she wasn't around" Flower Michelin explained, knowing that the doctor must have been curious about George's whereabouts.
"And I'm sure, he wouldn't let us go if he was here Mag. So let's hurry up and go" she continued by speeding up her steps toward her limousine followed by two baby sitters who would help her keep her baby twins.
"Ah yes, but wouldn't it be better if we asked Flo for permission first?" Maggie Smith advises because she knows the Flower Michelin family often get into trouble when they are out of the house. Moreover, there was no George accompanying them at the moment.
"No need for Mag. The man is often fussy about this and that if we ask permission. We won't be long anyway. Just a visit to the Orphanage brings some help only after that we might visit the Shop for baby Zack and Zoey."
"Hum, okay. I'm coming with you." Maggie Smith finally gave up. He also climbed aboard the luxury vehicle after the baby twins were on top first.
They were followed by two escort cars. In the car, Flower Michelin didn't say much. He just looked out the car window. Maggie Smith grabbed her phone to call George.
The female doctor apparently missed George whom she hadn't seen for a long time because he was angry with her.
Soon their vehicle arrived at a very large orphanage owned by the social service in the city. The Michelin Flower soon dropped followed by Maggie Smith and her two Baby twins.
Some food packages and gifts were taken down from the two cars that were behind them. Linda Brown and some of the people in the place were so pleased with the arrival of Flower Michelin and her entourage.
"It's nice to see you again Flo. You look prettier, baby" Linda Brown said, kissing Frederico Patria's wife's left and right cheeks.
"Ah I'm also very happy Miss Brown. I miss you so much. And you haven't met my two babies, have you?" Flower Michelin replied with a big smile on her face. He also showed his sons and daughters to the woman who managed the Orphanage.
"Wah Patria Junior's. They are very handsome and beautiful. The two are really a mix between you and Mr. Patria. What's his name Flo?"
"Zack and Zoey."
"Hello Zack, hello Zoey?! how's your husband, baby? I haven't heard from him in a long time." Linda Brown looked at Flower Michelin's face with a questioning look. He was really curious about the disappearance of the man from the business and social world since marrying this beautiful woman in front of him.
Flower Michelin smiled with a feeling of sadness. He doesn't know what to answer. He only knew that the man was gone because of his own hands.
But she did not dare to ask George where the grave of her own husband because every time she remembered the incident she felt like dying. Life is too cruel for him.
"Flo, sweetheart? Is your relationship okay after the wedding?" linda Brown asked with a probing look. Flower Michelin remained silent with tears that were ready to spill from her eyes.
"Tell me Flo, if that guy doesn't make you happy then I'll scold him for not keeping his promise." Linda Brown was curious about what was happening. Especially now that the woman in front of him even hugged him with a cry as he pleased.
"Flower doesn't want to talk about this Miss Brown, so we better not have to talk about Mr. Patria" Maggie Smith said.
The female doctor knew little about the story behind the loss of life of a man named Frederico Patria. And he didn't want anyone to bring him up again until anytime. Because it's the rule in the Patria family.
"Today is his birthday. So he came here to celebrate with you and the others" continued Maggie Smith with a smile on her face.
Linda Brown smiled and then let go of her hug on the beautiful woman. He said, "Happy birthday Flo. May you be happy, dear. And your babies are big and healthy too."
"Aamiin," answered everyone in the place with a happy face.
"Happy birthday, Flo. You're getting beautiful" said Josh Hutcherson, who was also there. The young man who had always loved Flower Michelin secretly looked at the woman's face with a glittering look of happiness and longing.
