Noura is currently being treated by medics at the best hospital in M city. Joaquin and the others are waiting in front of the operating room. Joaquin continued to stare at the operating room door where in it was his lover was running the operation because of his head wound.

Joaquin's eyes were blank, he seemed to have lost half his soul. He was so devastated and felt the pain that now befell Noura. If he could just let her get hurt, he would be stronger to receive that wound than Noura.

" This sir is a change of clothes. Let me take you to the bathroom to change your clothes. " And he was about to lead Joaquin's wheelchair, but Joaquin shook Dan's hand.

" I want to accompany Noura. " Joaquin refused to leave the place.

Noura has now occupied a special ICU room that Joaquin requested directly to the director of the hospital. The special ICU room in it also has a waiting room outside the ICU but still in one room.
