Along the way home, my brain felt stuck thinking about the events of this morning that slightly changed all the plans that had been far away the day I prepared
This whole day even the focus of my work was reduced because of an encounter with an annoying guy who somehow always made me unlucky when I met him, the person I have been avoiding for a few days, but fate always requires me to meet him
When I got hired, I immediately laid myself on a thin mattress belonging to ka Nabil without the intention of changing clothes or cleaning myself as I usually do when I go home from work
My thoughts drifted back to the events of this morning, the reunion with that annoying guy who again and again had to end in annoyance
I deeply regret my decision yesterday to challenge Mike to check his hand at the doctor because it made me have to make a deal with that annoying guy
This morning when the shop opened, Mike was already there and of course I was surprised because the man had always been seen in the afternoon exactly at lunch break but strangely he had even come here in the morning this was especially so with the smile he showed as if implying something scary
I also had time to ask the reason for his arrival which was only in reply by giving a letter whose contents made my heart beat faster than usual
"Ten-million?" I screamed on the sidelines of my surprise
"Everything is as clear as it is written on that paper" the annoying man explained without the slightest guilt
"Where can it be this expensive, you must be cheating me right?" search me with a sharp look towards the man
"I have followed your advice, miss, I asked the doctor to do a number of checks on my hands so if the price is in accordance with the examination that I do"
"But-but this is too expensive, I don't have the money to pay this much" From where I get that much money while the money I have is just enough to last until payday later' I thought I was sliced
"I don't care miss, I just ask you to return what you promised me"
"This incident is not entirely my fault but because of your carelessness as well, so I want this payment of ours for two"
When I saw the man as if to refute my words, I hurriedly reassured him that I would still pay half of what was written on the paper even though I would have to pay a little at a time but at least I could be free from that debt
"I will still pay half of it but I ask for time compensation because I can't pay it off immediately so hope you can understand my circumstances"
"I think all our business is done, then I say back to work sir" I was quite amused to see the look of his face that looks changed to hear my words but I did not want to linger seeing the handsome face given the expertise of the man who can make the interlocutor according to what all he said was that I might end up having to pay for all of his unreasonable medical expenses
"Give me your phone number" I turned my body around and made sure what I heard wasn't wrong
"For what?"
"To make sure that you don't try to run away or lie to me" I'd love it to feel like my hand hit his handsome face that I'm just plain irresponsible
"I'm not going anywhere, sir, I'm going to keep working here so I can pay off your debt immediately"
"I don't believe you, give me your phone number quickly" I wanted to scream right then and there but I held back for not wanting to add to my list of mistakes while working here, by stomping my foot I took the phone he put on me and started typing my number there after I quickly passed from there before the patience I had ran out because of that man
I do not know how long I have been busy with my own thoughts until the presence of ka Nabil I did not even realize
Ka Nabil who was always attentive of course felt that something was wrong with me but I hurriedly switched the conversation when he started asking, asking, it would be rude to talk about my problems to someone as good as you are Nabil especially now that you are enjoying being with Ka Bian who is already his girlfriend
