The Love of Mas Paijo

The Love of Mas Paijo
Chapter 62: The Rain Drama

Paijo is watching five workers who look still rigidly running their respective jobs. One band saw machine is held by two operators in pairs. Mr. Munawar with Mas Hasan, Mr. Jupri with Mas Yanto, while Yadi was seen pacing around dredging wood powder and put it in a sack.

Paijo's phone shook, he walked away from the saw machine which was very noisy. One call from a number that Paijo doesn't recognize. Perhaps important, Paijo immediately raised it without thinking negatively. Though lately there has been a rampant mode of hypnotic fraud over the phone.

Neighbor Paijo just two days ago became a victim. Starting from just "Hallo", answering the phone from a foreign number, ten million in savings is lost. The victim is not aware of being asked to transfer money gradually, after the money runs out then he realizes he has been cheated.

"Hallo...!" paijo voice is heavy.

His ears are set in focus so that he can clearly listen to the caller. Paijo also does not want his mind empty, wrong he is easily hypnotized. For a second only cricks were heard. Until the voice he recognized sounded melas once.

"Haaa--- hello-Mas, this is Saras, pick up Saras Mas--"

Paijo's mouth was stiff, yet had time to answer Paijo's ears caught the sound of a woman's scream. From her tone the woman sounded panicked. "Aghhhh, my God, Saras! Saras! why did you faint?"

"Oh my God, how is this..." Crutches are heard again...

"HELLO!!!" The panic of the voice of women across the country spread to Paijo. "HELLO!!!!"

Tut's...Tut ..Tut .. connection disconnected!

"Yad! Yadi!!" Paijo had to shout loudly to resuscitate the solemn Yadi wading through the gerajen. Yadi only realized if called.

"Well, what's wrong with Jo?"

Paijo took out some money from the wallet, "Take this, buy them food and drinks, I have to go in a hurry."

"Four o'clock in the afternoon when they're done, you don't forget to record the production today, this is the gate key, you are the key. I'll go first,"

Paijo hastily called the number over and over again. But not lifted.

Saras fainted? what the hell's going on? is he sick? what pain? oh my...

Paijo in the fog, at full speed he drove his bike. It's still noon, it's definitely Haji Bagong in the shop. Paijo must see Hajah Maimunah, if he hears his son is sick, the woman will tell him where Saras is. Whatever it is, Paijo will do it to meet Saras.

Go get Saras Mas...

Get Saras Mas...

The voice of Saras was ringing in Paijo's mind. Arriving in front of the gate of the fence Saras Paijo house jumped after turning off the engine motor. He screamed with all his might, it was impossible that the security guard would open the door.

"BABY!!!! WHERE'S SARAS???!!!"

"BABY! I KNOW BUDHE MUST HAVE HEARD!"

"SARAS FAINTED!!!! I HAVE TO HELP HER!!!!"

BRAK!!! BRAK!!! BRAK!!!

Paijo broke down the gate. Malik swerved from behind the fence. "MAS DON'T MAKE A STORM HERE!!!"

"DORC!! I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!!"

BRAK!!! BRAK!!!!

"BABY!!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHERE SARAS IS!!!" Paijo shouted like he was not afraid of his vocal cords breaking.

Inside the house, Hajah Maesaroh was agitated for mercy. Thinking about Saras' condition added another Paijo who kept shouting called his name. Haji Bagong who was half lying down could hear clearly Paijo's cry.

"Change... How is this?" ask Hajah Maesaroh gusar.

Haji Bagong was cold. His waist hurts, but his heart hasn't softened yet.

"You don't dare go out to see the boy! Let him scream like a dog! Later if he's tired he'll be quiet himself,"

Hajah Maesaroh wanted to shut up but his heart was turbulent. "Change, this has gone too far... Saras is sick, Paijo says even Saras fainted, hiks...hiks..."

"You don't listen to him! Go watch the soap opera there or cook in the kitchen! But don't you dare come out!!!"

"SOBAH!!! Hajah Maesaroh raised his voice, usually not until the emotions like this. Yet he really felt sorry for seeing Paijo. Along with the debate inside the house, lightning struck suddenly. During the day that was hot that was stinging suddenly cloudy, the sky was even pitch-black like it was about to collapse.

"My ten years according to me, decades I tried to be a good wife, I obey you even when one of my daughters you are tired of, now are you going to repeat it again?"

"Capture their happiness? Why is Abah always selfish, huh? Why is Abah selfish? hicks..hiks...hiks..." Hajah Maesaroh cried roaring.

Hajah Maesaroh kneels under her husband's feet and wails.

"This time I beg you, let them meet,"

"They just love each other, where is their fault?"

Haji Bagong was still silent, his jaw even harder.

****

Outside the rain began to fall. Paijo still did not flinch standing firmly in front of the fence. His body was soaked. He did not care, even if he had to wait until morning there, Paijo did not retreat.

Almost an hour Paijo waited, until the door of Saras' house opened. And Hajah Maesaroh was seen coming out with an open umbrella.

"Malik! Open the gate!" One command, made the smiling security guard rush to open the fence.

Paijo looked at Hajah Maesaroh with a grateful look. Although he did not know what the woman who gave birth to the girl he loved, but Paijo was happy he wanted to see her.

Hajah Maesaroh scans Paijo's appalling appearance. Drenched clothes, wet tiwul-tiwul hair and a brew that has not been shaved. Paijo is very messy. Not to mention the young man looked shivering with coldness.

Hajah Maesaroh held out a car key. "Take this key, take my son to the hospital!"

Paijo nodded in amazement, he was already quietly crying, his tears flowing mixed with rain. Paijo did not hesitate to receive the car keys belonging to Haji Bagong. After Hajah Maesaroh told Budhe Sri's address, Paijo said goodbye.

Paijo drove across the still heavy rain. The wiper moved to remove the raindrops that blocked Paijo's view. Half-heartedly she worried about Saras, half again she was happy because soon she was going to meet the woman she adored during the night.

Paijo smiled gently, the memory of his memory just reminiscent of a little girl in two, who was playing in front of the house while chanting the song. The little girl he used to flirt with, either pinched her adorable cheeks or pulled the tip of her pigtails. The girl would end up complaining to her mother by crying. Therefore he often lamented the girl crybaby. Now it was Paijo's turn that was made crybaby by the girl. Even almost crazy.

Saras, Mas Paijo came to pick you up...
