Cindy and the others have everything ready for her best friend's birthday which they surprise Aurel but all they get is the sad news that Aurel is in a coma.
They know Aurel is in a coma from Andrian, because he can't bear to see Aurel's condition maybe his best friend can help him or the person he likes.
Hearing that all his sadness and guilt had made Aurel like this, Kevin immediately followed to America after knowing the hospital mana. Aurel's best friend went there.
Kevin gets there, andrian is there and Aurel's parents and approaches them in the wake of Cindy and the others.
"Tante, um how's Aurel doing ? sorry I just got to see if I just knew a aunt". Said Kevin sissily
"Aurel is still in a coma.
"Tantee sorry Cindy and the others, actually Cindy ngejauhin Aurel for wanting to make a surprise birthday but I don't expect to be rich gini aunt hiks". Cindy said crying.
"Yes, because everything won't know it's happening like this. You'd better go inside and talk to Aurel to get him up". Anggi.

Cindy went inside, saw her best friend lying weakly in bed making her sick. Cindy held her hand attached to the infusion.

Everything has gone in, now is Kevin who goes in.

Kevin called the doctor and told him that his hand was moving, the doctor examined Aurel's body while in the room and the doctor came out.
