Chapter 6 Turns out to be the CEO
That afternoon Ara finally woke up, when she opened her eyes to see a room that was all white.
"Where am I...?." Mumbled.
Then his eyes looked around and he just realized, it turns out he was in the Hospital. He immediately remembered the incident last night, he recalled the cruel actions of his stepmother to him.
As she was remembering all that, a nurse came in.
"You've been kissing Miss..." The nurse said.
"In the meantime, I'll call the doctor." The nurse said again as she walked out.
Not long after Leo's doctor came, he immediately examined her.
"Is there any pain that you feel now Miss...?." Ask Dr. Leo.
"Um..My head hurts Doc." Ara answered him as her hand rubbed her head.
"Alright, let me check first." Doctor Leo said.
"Hem.the stitches are good. And the little operation was successful, you're fine now." Doctor Leo said after examining him.
"Thank you doctor....."
"Either. But if you may know, why does your head look like a broken piece of glass, not like a bump to the asphalt?." Doctor Leo asked confusedly.
"Doctor mean?." Ara asked back, because she was confused by the question.
Doctor Leo is also confused.
"You were taken to the hospital by a friend of mine. Because he said, the driver hit you." Doctor Leo replied again.
Ara was surprised, because she fainted not because she was hit. He immediately explained to Doctor Leo.
"Sorry doc, there seems to be a misunderstanding here....." Ara started explaining it.
"Look, there's something going on in my house, then I run out of the house. Maybe I've been walking to the highway, and not realizing there was a car, then passed out." Ara continued her words.
"Maybe when it happened to fall by chance when the car was about to go through the dock, so actually I'm not like this because I was hit." Ara ended her explanation.
Ara asked Doctor Leo who had helped her and took her to the Hospital. Leo's doctor told Ara everything
Ara was very surprised because the one who helped her was the CEO where she worked, the CEO of Arogan.
"Your head injuries are not severe, so today you can already go home." Said Doctor Leo.
Doctor Leo left the hospital room, while Ara immediately got ready to go home.
Ara remembered today that she had not been given a work permit, surely she would get nagged by her superiors.
When Ara will pay the hospital fee, it turns out everything has paid off.
"I owe a lot to the arrogant Boss sir...." Mumbled.
Ara went home quickly, though she was still afraid but still she had to go home.
When he got to the front of his house, he slowly opened the door, then heard the laughing voice of a man from the living room.
"Papa.papa has come home." Shouted Ara while running, then immediately hugged her father. He was no longer able to hold back his cries.
"Who? Papa's son why cry? It's not Papa's seneng coming home....." Said his father in wonder, while stroking his hair fondly.
Ara was just silent still while crying, and hugged her father even more tightly.
"Daughter papa, this is your head why?" His new father was shocked to see the state of his daughter.
Ara was still silent, with no desire to answer. Because she doesn't want her Papa to know what happened to her, and she doesn't want her Papa to fight with her stepmother.
When Ara still did not answer her father was increasingly worried, her stepmother asked Ara to answer but by lying.
Ara resigned and she answered her father.
"Nothing Pa, Ara's head accidentally hit the wall...." Answer lies.
"You are, why not be careful?." His father shook his head, still with his anxiety.
"Yes, yes.other times Ara will be careful." Answer again to his father.
They also hugged releasing longing, because for approximately 2 weeks they had not met. His father often went out of town, because it was an obligation from where his company worked.
And so, his father never knew what happened when he wasn't home. He did not know all the torture and suffering from his wife and stepson to his daughter.
