The next day…
The morning felt very different. After returning from Merbabu, Romy woke up feeling very happy. He was satisfied with the achievements he had achieved while climbing the mountain. Romy feels proud to have successfully conquered the peak of Merbabu which is famous for its scenic beauty.
Romy looked back at the photos he took during the climb and smiled. He felt happy because he managed to make beautiful memories during the climb with his friends.
However, Romy also felt sad because he missed his friends who he had left in Merbabu. He felt connected to them during the climb and felt sad because now they had to part ways.
While looking at the photos on his mobile phone suddenly Romy was surprised when he heard the knock on the door of the room and the sound of his mother calling him.
“Build Nak. It's noon, you go to school?” Ask the mother while continuing to knock on Romy's room.
"Yes, Mom! It's a shower" Romy replied quickly.
Romy immediately got out of bed and headed for the bathroom. He tried to speed up his bath so as not to be late to school.
After finishing the bath, Romy felt refreshed and ready to continue his activities. He came out of the bathroom and met his mother in the dining room.
"Have a shower, Mom!" romy said with a smile.
Romy's mother smiled satisfied to see her son who had bathed and clean.
“Eat first son, this afternoon you will be late to school!” Said the Mother.
"Yes, Mom!" romy said with a happy smile
After finishing his breakfast, Romy hurriedly got ready and headed straight to his favorite motorcycle to go to school.
He yelled at his mother, "Mom, I'm sorry I'm in such a hurry!" and immediately drove away.
"Yes, be careful! Don't come home late!” shouted the mother.
"Yes, Mom! Romy must have come home on time" replied Romy with a big smile.
Romy who left for school with a little worried because he knew he would be late if stuck in traffic. Carefully and try to avoid traffic. Arriving at school he was a little relieved because the school bell had not rang.
With a happy heart he entered the classroom even though his body felt tired after climbing Mount Merbabu. He's looking for his friend Novi. However, he did not find Novi in his usual place. Romy tries to search around the classroom and other areas of the school, but Novi remains non-existent.
Out of curiosity, Romy decides to text Novi, "You're not in school? It hurt?" Romy wants to confirm Novi's whereabouts and find out if he is sick so that he cannot attend school. However, when Romy did not get a reply from Novi, he felt worried and decided to find out more about the state of Novi.
After Romy fails to find Novi at school and does not get a reply from the text message sent, he tries to ask other classmates if anyone has a phone number Novi's parents. Romy hopes to find out the whereabouts of Novi and his true condition.
Romy's classmates help out immediately by giving Novi's parents a phone number. With the number, Romy can contact Novi's parents and ask about Novi's condition.
After contacting Novi's parents, Romy finally found out that Novi was sick. Novi's parents tell Romy that Novi is sick and must be hospitalized. Romy was immediately shocked and very worried. He felt guilty for not knowing the condition of Novi from the beginning. He decided to visit Novi in the hospital and brought some fruits and books to help please his days there.
After arriving at the hospital, Romy saw the state of Novi who looked pale and weak. Romy was very worried and immediately approached Novi. He asked attentively, "Why Nov?"
Novi replied weakly, "I'm fine Romy, just good looks. Thanks for coming to see me." Novi said as he lay weakly on the hospital bed.
Romy felt sad to see the state of Novi's pain. Romy feels guilty for forcing Novi to climb Mount Merbabu, which eventually makes him sick. Romy felt the need to apologize and express his regret to Novi.
Romy then said softly, "I'm sorry I made you go to Merbabu and you got sick. I didn't mean to trouble you and make you sick like this. I promise to be more careful and consider your situation in the future."
Novi replied, "Well, Romy, I'm also happy to be able to climb the mountain with you. It's not your fault, but I'm not fit. Thank you for caring and the same situation I” said Novi.
Romy asked Novi, "Mama you're angry, don't we go to Merbabu?" after they both went on a trip to climb Mount Merbabu and finally Novi had to be hospitalized.
Novi replied firmly, "Not really Romy. My mother only wanted me to always be careful and pay attention to my health when doing exhausting activities such as mountain climbing. But he knew that you didn't mean to trouble me and just wanted to share the experience of climbing together." Obviously Novi.
Romy was relieved to hear Novi's reply and thanked him for understanding the situation. Before returning home, Romy asked. He asked Novi, "You're going to school tomorrow? I don't have any friends in class." Romy is sad because her friend will not attend school and feels lonely in class without friends.
Novi replied, "Sorry Romy, I still have to rest in the hospital for a few days. Kepana? You can play with other friends.” Novi
“You've had a lot of rest Yes Nov” Romy said.
“Iya thank you so much for coming here Rom!” Novi said back.
Seeing Novi's condition is very weak, Romy feels there is something strange about Novi's health. He saw that Novi was very weak and looked unhealthy. Romy is worried about the condition of Novi, especially after learning that Novi has not fully recovered after climbing Mount Merbabu with Romy.
With the state of Novi now Romy realized that it is important to pay attention to the health of yourself and friends while doing physical activities such as mountain climbing. He promised to always pay attention to his friend and not ignore the signs when his friend needed help. Romy also feels grateful to have a friend like Novi who is always reliable and supportive of each other.
