The Lonely Flower

chapters 5-3

She wondered what the real problem was. Until he keeps terrorizing and why he knows that Adinda was traumatized by a gun. Is he a person from Adinda's past? Adinda prefers to read rather than dizzy thinking of people who disturb her. He read until the afternoon. He didn't move at all from this room.

Because it was late afternoon Adinda chose to take a shower. Aurel had already come and headed straight for Adinda's room. Aurel looked through Adinda's room which was so spacious compared to her room. Adinda's room painted in light blue. The stuff is neatly arranged. This room is very comfortable, Aurel thought.

"Old rail?" ask the sister who just finished taking a shower.

"Not new" said Aurel.

"Salsa's not coming?" ask Adinda while combing her hair.

"Can't say it" Aurel replied.

"Din" call Aurel.

"Why?" ask Adinda.

"Gue already knows everything you cover from others" Aurel said looking at Adinda.

"Don't look at me with a look of pity I hate" Adinda said as she continued combing her hair.

"Gue knew how fragile you din was. So tell me if you have a problem maybe I can help you. I am sad to see you like this" Aurel said.

"Don't tell anyone and don't ever look at me with pity" Adinda said.

Who was answered nod by Adinda. Adinda sat on the edge of the bed with Aurel. Before the story he took a very long breath and began to tell stories.

"Actually I'm Alexs' son. Because both my parents were busy with their work they gave me to oma. Oma took care of me until almost a teenager, but..." Adinda hung her words.

Adinda took a breath. Aurel doesn't want to cut Adinda's story. Aurel knew this was very painful for Adinda. Aurel lets Adinda continue the story

"But oma left me out of this world. Because there's someone who wants to kill me using a gun. So he protected me and finally he got shot" Adinda said with her voice choking as she held a sob.

She continued her story when her crying was brought under control. Aurel was very sad to see her best friend like this. Looks like Adinda's fine but she's not. Aurel was amazed to see Adinda who was so good at covering up all her sadness. Without anyone knowing.

"After the incident I was traumatized by a gun. I went back to live with my parents. Since then I have never smiled again like I used to. I think my world is dead. In this house there is no word of peace there is only the quarrel of my parents. They rarely had time for me until now. Even Papa was ashamed to acknowledge me as his son. He has ripped out his mark from my name" Adinda said staring blankly ahead.

Her tears fell without being prevented. Aurel hugged Adinda very tightly giving a strength to Adinda. Even Aurel cried listening to Adinda's story. Aurel was sad to see Adinda like this.

Now Aurel knows how fragile an Adinda looks to be. And no one was on his side. Aurel promised himself that he would never leave Adinda again. He didn't want Adinda to get hurt again for the umpteenth time.

"Now never hide your sorrow again. Tell me whatever it is that makes your heart relieved" Aurel said
