Boy who did not receive his wife touched by Nicholas, back to send a punch to the man's face. There was a fight that made both of them must be broken by security officers.

"It's a shame" said a man who was none other than Darren. "You're not a kid anymore! So stop doing things you shouldn't be doing."

"Sister." said Clara wanted to hug Darren, but again he had to endure because of his strange disease.

"You're okay, aren't you?" ask Darren. Even though he looks dirty, he also misses his sister. Plus his body that grew thin, making Darren did not have the heart to see it.

"Come home with me, Jean just gave birth to our third son" Darren said of taking Clara away but was arrested by Boy.

"Clara will come home with me!" Boy pulls Clara's hand and brings the woman into his arms. "Let me just the-"

"You want to protect Clara this way? Even made a big fuss in the hospital. You should be able to hold back your anger!" darren's jolt made Boy speechless. It was true that he should not have fought especially in the hospital. Many pairs of eyes were currently staring in their direction.

"I'm sorry." said Boy clasping Clara's hand tightly.

"Stop apologizing. Doctor Aldo wants to talk. But before that we treat your wounds." Clara rubbed the corner of Boy's slightly bloody lips.

"Hmm, okay."

The two of them entered the examination room without any concern for Darren and also Nicholas, who were currently staring at each other in hostility.

"If you dare touch my sister, I won't hesitate to finish you off. Even destroying your family business, down to the roots," whispered Darren softly but gave Nicholas goosebumps. "And I'll make sure you never see the world again." He knows who Darren is, an indiscriminate cold-blooded ruthless mobster when someone dares to make trouble with him.

Nicholas smiled wryly, he had already planned everything carefully. Which might just give up because of a threat that is not necessarily going to happen.

"But unfortunately I'm not interested in pregnant women. However, if it was Clara I might consider," Nicholas replied Darren no less fiercely. "Don't forget, your company needs investors like me. So it's only natural that I would trade for something I really wanted." after saying that, Nicholas left there, he smiled with satisfaction at having made Darren silent at all.

"He's really sickening," Darren sighed harshly. "Mark, close all exit access points. Don't let Nicholas leave without my knowledge and keep an eye on him." he ordered Zayn who had been standing behind him.

"Good, Sir. And what about your grandfather. I think the big master..."

"What do you want to say?" ask Boy. He was reluctant to look at doctor Aldo considering that the man had made him jealous blindly for touching his wife.

"Reduce the relationship with Clara." replied doctor Aldo immediately made Boy glare sharply.

"You! Why interfere in my household affairs," Boya turned to Clara. "Darling, did you tell this shitty guy everything?" Clara shakes. He didn't even know that Dr. Aldo would talk about something like this.

"Don't blame your wife. It's also for their good."

"They're what do you mean?" boy asked furrowed his two eyebrows confused.

"Clara is carrying twins." doctor Aldo stared at the two of them in turn. The one in the face looks like a fool.

"Twin?" boy and Clara said at the same time.

"You're not kidding, are you?" Boy still can't believe what Dr. Aldo said. He did not expect that his super premium seeds print two babies at once.

"You doubt my abilities as a man, Doctor?"

Boy hugged Clara, then kissed all parts of her face and lastly went down to the lips. Lubricating him gently without a care at this moment Doctor Aldo was before them.

"Bad couple. Don't they realize I'm still here?" doctor Aldo grumbled inwardly, he got up from his seat and left them both.
