It has been a week that Nahendra's condition has not improved even worse. Today Martin's premonition is not good, even Gavrael cried from earlier and did not want to be silent.

"Cup Cup, Grandpa's grandson why cry?" martin asked who was currently in Gavrael's room because no one could stop his crying. "Let's get Grandpa fat" said Martin and then lift Gavrael's body on his shoulder and they're in Nahendra's room.

"Grandpa, why didn't the big Grandpa wake up? asked Gavrael with his cute face.

"Granpa is sick, if Gavrael grows up he will understand" Martin replied, puzzled to explain.

"Grandpa I want to hug the big Grandpa" said Gavrael.

Then Martin put Gavrael right next to Nahendra and immediately hugged and kissed Grandpa's face

"Grandpa big, wake up!!" gavrael said as he shook Nahendra's body vigorously.

But suddenly Nahendra's tears came out of the corner of his eye. Martin saw his brother-in-law crying, he immediately hugged him. "Sister you responded to your grandson, I'm not you repson at all. You don't love me, brother" isak Martin.

But suddenly the ICU monitor reads Nahendra's vital signs decreased drastically and showed a straight line.

Martin was crying and screaming, Gavrael, who saw Martin crying, was crying. Since the door was not closed Martin's voice was struck out, Yuni who was currently chatting with the doctor who was handling her Papa heard that voice and immediately ran over. Yuni immediately hugged her Papa and the doctor immediately did a heart rate and blood pressure examination Nahendra. And the doctor did a pacemaker with a heart-pumping device about five minutes later Nahendra could not be helped and was declared dead today Tuesday morning about nine o'clock.

All those who were there were crying because of Nahendra's departure, and don't ask Martin how Yuni, they cried so much without caring about their other families. Martin was very familiar with the hand of his brother-in-law if even if Gerald wanted to cheat, Martin would not fight but he would make it all as the last gift Nahendra gave him, he said, however, Gerald turns out that just as his late father never betrayed people who have helped them a lot.

Finished reading all the letters from Nahendra, Martin handed over the letter again. "Take good use of what has been entrusted to both of you. If it gets bigger it's much better and He'll be happy and proud to see us all" Martin said seriously.

This day they were busy, checking all the reports documents in and out of the center even the company branch. Martin has to take care of Dea's company, so he has to be extra strong and ready for everything.
