The Lie (He I Love)

Chapter 5

At the office, Saga became annoyed. He vented his frustration to some employees who he said were not good at work. He was also indecisive.

The anger was the result of his frustration with his wife who did not know why it could change. Saga still thinks what's up and what's up with his wife. From yesterday he started to change. Not even a whole day of news. Though usually he will ask 'what' 'has eaten yet'. Today he received no message from his wife.

"Gos.." Saga throws his phone away because he doesn't get any messages from his wife.

"He's what the hell is he?" he muttered alone while ruffling his own hair.

Saga finished the job faster. Then Saga stopped by Santi's house first. The woman who had given him a child. There, he played with his son happily. And that happiness a little distracts him.

"The coffee's.." Santi makes coffee for Saga. Like a wife, Santi serves Saga who just came home from the office.

"Thank you" said Saga then sip the coffee. Although the taste of coffee is different from Aluna. But Saga still spent it. He did not want to disappoint Santi.

Satisfied playing with his son. Saga also returned home. He didn't want to come home late because it would provoke a fight with Aluna back. Plus, Aluna is not as usual.

"I'll go home first." she said.

"Yes." answered Santi. As an affair, she should be aware of her position and the risks of dating people's husbands.

But when he got home. Saga didn't see his wife's car. He also felt strange again. Usually before 6 o'clock, Aluna is already at home and cooking for her. But why hasn't he come home yet. Even if he's overtime, he's always parting.

Saga walked into the house while calling his wife. "Lun.. Aluna.." she exclaimed. He wanted to see if his wife had not yet returned.

"Mom hasn't come home yet, sir." said Bi Nah, their housekeeper.

"Not home yet?" Saga is getting upset that his wife has completely changed. Even he did not give him any news or just say goodbye if he was overtime or what cake.

"So early in the morning when I left, I said no if I wanted to go overtime?" ask Saga to Bi Nah.

Bi Nah shook her head. Saga was getting angry. He held back his anger and then rushed into the room. Saga was really upset that Aluna had really changed.

He tried to contact his wife, but Aluna did not answer his call. Then Saga got more upset and threw her phone. "Akh.." he exclaimed as he punched a nearby wall.

Aluna did not receive a call from her husband. She even turned off her phone so her husband couldn't reach her again. The pain and disappointment in her heart made Aluna to be cruel towards her husband.

After work, Aluna did not go home. As planned, she and Ana will go to Holland. He wanted to have fun and forget his disappointment and heartache.

"Let's toast! Forget all our problems!" before drinking a glass of v*dka.

He thought of nothing else. All he thought about, was having fun forgetting his life problems, his heartache. Aluna drank quite a lot of v*dka with a fairly high alcohol content.

"Lun, that's enough!" Ana snatches Aluna's glass. He could not bear to see Aluna drunk like that. Although she likes to get drunk too, but she can't bear to see her best friend tormenting her like that.

"I want to go back, An.." Aluna who was heavily drunk forced to add another drink. However, Ana did not allow it. He kicked Aluna out of the club that night. Ana is conscious.

"An, why am I useless? Why can't I have a child? Why am I not being a girl?" aluna asked in a drunken state.

Ana knew what kind of burden Aluna was feeling right now. He just kept quiet and kept pushing Aluna into the car. As soon as he put Aluna in the car. Aluna started beating her own stomach.

Buk. Buk. Buk.

"Why am I useless? Why have a uterus if you can't have children?" he muttered furiously.

"Aluna, don't be crazy!" yelling Ana held Aluna's hand which continuously beat her own stomach.

Ana then hugged Aluna very tightly. "Lun, I know how you feel. But, don't be sad! There is still me who will never leave you" he said.

"Promise?" Aluna cupped both of Ana's cheeks.

"Yes. But let me go!" ana Pinta.

"Aluna, you're not crazy!" Ana of course refused. He pushed Aluna's head away from him.

But, Aluna keeps trying to kiss Ana. Ana continues to refuse. So they are involved in pulling and pushing each other.

Soon enough, Ana manages to bend Aluna's defeat. Shortly after, Aluna cried. She hugged Ana so tightly. He was grateful when he was down as he is now. Ana was always loyal to him.

"I love you." he murmured.

"me too. Don't be sad anymore!" said Ana.

Aluna nodded her head quickly. Although he was drunk, he was still somewhat conscious.

"Where are your keys? I'll drive you home!" said Ana.

"Keep you later?"

"I'm easy. I can take a taxi." Aluna hands the keys to Ana. He was not allowed to drive because he was drunk.

At home, Saga kept staring at the clock. He was waiting for his wife to come home. He doesn't know where his wife is going. He went to Aluna's boutique, but the boutique was closed. So that means Aluna is not overtime.

Because they don't want to look for each other later. He decided to wait for Aluna at home.

It was 22:30 but Aluna also did not come home. And, when he heard the sound of Aluna's car. He immediately ran out. "Where have you been?" tanyanya's worried.

"You drunk?" he asked again after smelling the alcohol from Aluna's body.

"Little." replied Aluna expressionlessly. He even just passed by.

"Lun, why did you become like this? What the hell is going on?" tanya Saga held Aluna's hand. He felt even Aluna start to act cold to him.

Aluna did not answer. He simply forcefully pulled his hand and then entered the house. Saga suppressed his anger, he did not want to fight with his wife.

"Have you eaten?" ask her gently.

"Eat yuk! I haven't eaten before" he said again.

"I've. Why not eat?" ask Aluna back.

"I'll wait for you." replied Saga still gently.

"Wait for everything? Start getting used to anything yourself!" aluna said again.

Saga became furious because of Aluna's words. He tries to hold back his anger, but Aluna makes him angry. However, Saga again suppressed his anger. Aluna is not usually like this. There must be something that changed Aluna.

What don't-don't...

Saga rounded her eyes. He looked back at Aluna. Aluna was holding her head. Aluna felt her head was very dizzy. Suddenly he collapsed.

Bruck..

Fortunately, Saga caught him quickly. Anxious Saga immediately took his wife to the room. He asked Bi Nah to prepare warm water.

Saga gently washed his wife's body. He looked at his wife's face which looked different. There was a streak of anger and sadness on his face.

Saga looked at his wife deeply. He touched Aluna's face and hair gently. "I love you so much. Don't make me crazy like this!" he mumbled softly.

Saga kissed Aluna on the forehead before she finally slept next to Aluna.
