13. Farewell Speech

The Tinghua Mountain, Tinghua Mountain Peak.

There were three figures standing there, they were joking.

Among them was a handsome-looking man, there was also a burly and muscular man and his one was a Snow Ape that towered upwards 10 meters tall.

They were none other than Zhi Long, Shi Liang and Senior Zuan. They were currently engrossed in chatting leisurely and happily, as today was the day their last day was at Tinghua Mountain Peak.

Zhi Long and Shi Liang had gone from Xinghou College to Tinghua Mountain Peak and had not told Xinghou College, for nearly three months they had been gone.

They did not inform Xinghou College, therefore they did not know what was happening with Xinghou College and Kongzu City at the moment.

Without them noticing, another eight days of Xinghou College would be holding the Third Semester Final Examination.

"Senior, can we meet you again in the future?". Zhi Long asked Senior Zuan.

"If fate allows it, maybe it will". Senior Zuan replied with a friendly smile.

"Alright then, we will be prepared to be ready to return to Xinghou College". Said Zhi Long who started preparing their provisions for the journey down the Mountain.

"Before that, I'll give you a gift. Later, I'll call them". Senior Zuan said to Zhi Long.

Senior Zuan shouted something, "All of you, gather here right now!!". With that said, from within the Demon Forest came a rumbling sound and the ground was like shaking on the stampede of a herd of ferocious beasts.

One by one the Demon Beasts from within the Demon Forest came out simultaneously, they obeyed Senior Zuan said. They know who rules them, and what their position is.

"We are facing the Lord of Mount Tinghua, Lord Zuan the Mighty..." One of them spoke human language, he was the Long Taring Tiger who yesterday escorted Zhi Long to meet Senior Zuan, he who had always been at the side of Senior Zuan's loyal subordinate Senior Zuan.

"All right, I saw it. Son, choose among those whom you think are worthy of your subordinates, he will obey his orders according to your direction. Whatever your orders are to be granted!". Senior Zuan replied to the Long Taring Tiger, after which he glanced at Zhi Long to choose among those Devils to be his subordinates.

"Senior, this is too much. Aren't they your servants?". Zhi Long replied and asked Senior Zuan.

"They are my subordinates, today I announce. This boy is Zhi Long, you know who he is. That way, you have to remember this. His command is my command and seeing him is like seeing me, you must be loyal to him. Do you guys understand??". Senior Zuan replied to Zhi Long, then he looked at the Demon Horde to announce that Zhi Long also contributed to his policy.

"We understand, sir, we will obey what you say!". Replied the crowd in unison, they are faithful Devils.

"Do you understand, son? This is what Emperor Zhi Qiang meant, his orders are the same as yours and seeing them is like seeing you!". Senior Zuan's reply made Zhi Long's heart beat faster, he had never ruled a swarm of times before, and now he had to rule one of them but it was a Devil.

"Senior, thank you for reminding me one important thing. Alright, because now I can also rule and choose one of these Devils. I want a Demon Beast with great flying speed!". Zhi Long replied confidently, he became shameless because that was his present status, commanding all the Devils in front of him.

"You hear? Which one of you flies the fastest?". After hearing Zhi Long, Senior Zuan asked the swarm of Devils before him.

"Master, we have a Unicorn horse that can fly at high speed, he said, then there was the Black Wing Garuda soaring into the sky and flying quickly and lastly there was the Double Wing Swallow he was the fastest of the three". Replied the Long Taring Tiger to Senior Zuan and Zhi Long, because he was the one controlling the Devils in the Demon Forest as per Zuan's orders, so he understood the Demon Beast as per his estimation and recommended it to his Master.

"Well, now it's your turn to choose between the three, what would you choose to be your subordinate? He'll be loyal to you, and you can order that too". Senior Zuan asked Zhi Long to choose which one.

Zhi Long who chose to be confused to choose which one, after a while he thought, finally found one of them that caught his attention.

"Senior, if I choose Unicorn it will be very suspicious for those who see it, then if I choose Double Wing Swallow will be even more suspicious because it has a beast with high speed, then if I choose Double Wing Swallow will be even more suspicious, so I will choose the Black Wing Garuda to be my subordinate. He was pitch-black all over his body, he was also a low-level Demon beast from another Demon beast, it was easy to hide the fact that he was strong". Zhi Long replied with a mature choice, he chose the Black Wing Garuda to be his subordinate.

"Black Wing Garuda come forward and prepare to make a soul contract with Zhi Long, you must serve him faithfully!". Said Senior Zuan glancing at the Black Wing Garuda.

The Black Wing Garuda advanced forward to make a contract with Zhi Long, he also lowered his head when he saw Senior Zuan and Zhi Long.

He knew where he was, so he was respectful.

"Son, make a contract with him so you can connect with him". Senior Zuan said facing Zhi Long.

"Create Contract? Senior, I don't know how to do it". Ask Zhi Long.

"You can do it with your Right Eye, first activate your Dark Dimensional Eye and then look at the Black Wing Garuda with your inner energy, until its soul is connected to your soul. With that, if you die he'll die too. But if he dies you're still alive, then he's the one who died alone". Senior Zuan's reply made Garuda's heart of Black Wings unsettled, but after thinking for some time he became calmer because he knew who Zhi Long was. Serving with him was like serving with his Master, so he had already made his final decision.

"All right, I'll try. Are you ready to be my servant forever?". Ask Zhi Long on the Black Wing Garuda.

The Black Wing Garuda simply nodded his head in a sign that he agreed, then Zhi Long started the ritual.

Zhi Long activated his Dark Dimensional Eyes, just like the instructions Senior Zuan gave him. He had to stare deeply at the Black Wing Garuda until his soul was connected to him, visible to Zhi Long's pitch-black right eye.

Those eyes were like the darkness of the night that swept through everything without the slightest illumination, he stared intently at the eyes of the Black Wing Garuda.

Spirit Soul was a small Ball that was the core of the Demon Beasts, the fact that every Animal that would perform soul contracts like this had their own Soul Spirits.

The Black Winged Garuda Soul Spirit headed towards Zhi Long and fused with him, now the Black Wing Garuda belonged to him.

Zhi Long's right eye became normal after he did that, now Zhi Long became himself like before.

"So you're still on a Level 5 Middle Airplane well, it's worth it you can't talk. But you have the same thoughts as a human being, you are a great Black Wing Garuda". Zhi Long said after he could sense the cultivation Level belonging to the Black Wing Garuda, indeed after performing the soul contract the owner could sense all of the Beasts that were making soul contracts with his including his cultivation Level.

Black Wing Garuda just nodded his head, he understood what Zhi Long said as his Master now.

From the physical is indeed the Garuda Black Wing has a large size, with a width of 1.5 meters and a length of 3.5 meters. Garuda looks healthy and fit, very suitable for animal mounts.

Black Wing Garuda also leaped in excitement, he flapped his pitch-black wings happily, a sign he also liked the name Zhi Long gave him.

"All right, there's not much longer. Black, can you quickly advance to Xinghou College?". Zhi Long did not want to be stale anymore, he asked the Black Wing Garuda named Black.

The Black had only mounted a horse to be ready to depart, the sign that he was ready to speed quickly towards Xinghou College.

"Senior Zuan, Senior Long Taring Tiger and the other Devils who were here, I resigned myself to go home to Xinghou College. If there's a chance I'll visit you guys, I hope you're okay here". Zhi Long started saying goodbye to the others.

"Son, take good care of yourself. Don't move forward alone, at least you should accompany Shi Liang to where". Senior Zuan replied in an unwilling tone.

Shi Liang who heard that only nodded his head, he was already determined to himself and promised Senior Zuan to keep Zhi Long until the last breath.

"Black, take care of your new master. You know what to do, right? Protect him as you protect Mister, whoever stands in his way must be removed! Youunderstand?". The Long Taring Tiger also gave the message to the Black One to guard Zhi Long wholeheartedly and until the end of his life.

Black nodded his head, he knew what he had to do. Because he was also previously very loyal and devoted to his Master, so now he should also be like that to his new Master.

"All right, everybody goodbye. Take good care of yourself!". Zhi Long and Shi Liang who were already sitting on the Black Si's back waved their hands at Senior Zuan and the others, respectively, then the Black Man drove down at his maximum speed to be able to quickly get to Xinghou College.

After the Black One flew away in front of all of them, Zuan said in a serious tone.

"Well it's not over here, Jiego prepare our soldiers for a big war. Maybe they'll come here to visit us, we should welcome them well". Zuan currently had a serious look on his face while looking at the direction of the Sky, he knew the current Mount Tinghua would be the center of a fierce battle later on.

"Okay sir, I'll prepare all the best soldiers. If they come here". Said the Long Taring Tiger which turned out to be called Jiego, he was Zuan's loyal subordinate because of past events that saved his life from death.

"Jiego, if my life is in danger later. Can you replace me as the next Ruler of Mount Tinghua? And if that kid comes here to see what's coming for me, stop him from being seen by them". Zuan's question had a deep meaning, he had a bad feeling for himself.

"Master, don't say it like that. Our troops are also very strong, I'm sure we will definitely win against them!". Jiego replied with his grief in mind, he would not see Zuan the helper experience the tragedy that threatened his life.

"Hahahaha.You're so tense, Jiego, I'm just kidding". Zuan said with his jokes and laughter, but in his heart said another.

"Sir, your jokes aren't funny at the moment. If that really happened, what should I do?". Jiego scolded his Master, with a serious look on his face.

"Look down, Jiego, I was really joking. I'm not leaving you and the others, you don't have to worry". Zuan said casually, he knew all his subordinates were very loyal to him.

"Well then sir, we resign ourselves to continue our other activities". Jiego calmed down to hear that satisfying answer from Zuan's mouth.

Finally Jiego returned to the Demon Forest with the other Demon Beasts, they continued their daily routine quietly and peacefully.

Zuan who was alone also started to stand guard with his 10-meter body towering upwards almost touching the sky, he stood upright to stand guard at Tinghua Mountain Peak.
