Andika is still trying to calm Lisa, she feels worried to see Lisa with a puffy face, tears as if never dry continue to pour out wet her beautiful face.

The door of the operating room opened, seen several nurses pushing the patient's bed, on top of the bed looks like a man's body has been sealed tightly with a white cloth.

"Send farewell to Roy." Andika whispered in Lisa's ear.

Without answering Lisa immediately walked closer to Roy's body that had been stretched stiff, he stood right beside Roy's body.

Lisa slowly opened the cloth that covered Roy's head, clearly visible the handsome male face at this moment smiled shadyly, Lisa lowered her head closer to Roy's ears.

"Roy." With Lisa's heavy voice speaking, silence occurred as if the universe was grieving along with Lisa.

"Thank you for filling up my days, still remembered in my memory how annoying you are." Lisa wiped her tears.

"Roy."

"You're the first man who dared to smile when I stared with a glare." Some of the female nurses were seen shedding tears at Lisa's words.

"Thank you for all your kindness Roy, I'll never forget you for a second from my memory." Andika's defense broke down, she had no power to stem her tears.

"When time can be repeated Roy, I won't ask for much, I'm just asking that you can hear that I love you Roy too." Lisa hugs Roy's stiff body.

"I'm sorry I always hurt you, wish you happiness there Roy."

"Trust me you are the first man to fill the recesses of my heart." Everyone who was there crying sobbing was no exception Andika and Adrian.

Rendy who had just arrived just silently stared, she was arranging her heart to accept the departure of her best friend, slowly Rendy walked closer to Roy's body.

"She's so beautiful as you said that she always praised herself in front of me, words that always upset me." Rendy wiped her tears, she turned her head up for a moment.

"You should know by now I miss you so much, miss you who always look shitty when you're talking about your woman." Rendy's words further broke Lisa's heart.

"Last you said that I would look after your woman, I regret having supported her, I regret not hitting you that day, because it was our last meeting and it was also the last day I saw your annoying face." Rendy pulls Lisa's hand and puts it in Roy's.

"I promise I'll look after your woman whenever she has someone to look after her later." Rendy clasped Lisa's hand and Roy's hand tightly.

"Give my regards to my parents, tell me I'm fine here." Crying sounds echoed, Lisa really can not control herself, she then fell unconscious, with Rendy swiftly carrying Lisa's body.

"I'll take care of him for you." Rendy said in her heart while looking at Lisa's face that she was carrying.

The patient's bed was pushed away from the operating room, Andika and Adrian stared at the nanar bed that had gotten further away.

In their hearts they are currently promising to avenge the man who has done such a thing to Roy.

"I swear on your behalf I'll give you more pain than you feel Roy." Andika said in her heart.

"Today I took my oath to you Tyas, I'm sorry, I had to dirty my hand with the blood of the man who made Roy go away." Adrian said to heart.

Teddy and Wibowo will not survive after that, they just woke up two monsters that had been sleeping.
