Act 70 [Good Bye]
"Who.. You guys..?"
I tried asking them both. My eyes are not able to see clearly. But they understood my weak voice.
"It's me, Okta", replied the man.
I try to remember that name. A name that reminds me of a teenager playing with fire in his hand.
"You guys.. Bigger yet?",
"But.. How come?"
"Easy black holes make a big time difference",
"In addition, your cells freeze in space, stopping your growth".
I nodded my head slightly then glanced beside her. Seen next to him was a woman who had a haircut like Arina. I called his name, though,
"Arena?"
The sound of my voice made the three of them shocked. The man shook his head.
"Him? He was Yuki", the man tilted his palm to the woman to his right.
"Hi.", the woman greeted me in a soft voice.
I shook my right hand which was still on my side. Suddenly I felt an awkwardness. I don't feel my left hand. When I saw it, my left hand was only up to his arm.
"I can only fix your body down", "I'm sorry about your hands" the man said.
"Calm down, it's not the first time".
Long story short, I was led by Yuki to walk out of the room and be given clothes. White sweatshirts and trousers, as before.
The green grass on the ground and the rubble of the building greeted me at the door. Walls made of somewhat rusty iron provide aesthetic. A variety of sewers become and weeds propagate creating an abstract mural. The rooftop... Yes it has obviously collapsed, only one stick is left in the middle room.
Yuki took her son to take a nap. While I was being led by Okta telling each other to go to the back of the building. Beneath the tall pines are mumbled earth with transparent blue gravestones like ice reading "Arina". I'm surprised not to be a bitch. I looked at his face and said,
"You made this?!"
"It was you who gave me the idea",
"I don't really want to give you back if Yuki doesn't force me", Okta replied while scratching her head.
"Thank you so much" I jumped in her arms.
"It's ah, it's embarrassing".
I took off my embrace then threw out a long sigh. I knelt to the right of the tomb. My hand scavenged the weed and mumbled the sand and threw it to the right. Okta put her hand in her pants pocket and looked at me cleaning the whole tomb.
After finishing my work I intend to throw away the weeds I have gathered. As I was about to walk I stumbled and fell over the pine roots. Okta helped me stand up. Blood flowed from my scratched hands. The wound does not heal as quickly as it used to. That's where Okta gives another explanation,
"Other times be careful, your body that can be regenerated with the power of lava is only the neck, head, and part of the chest",
"Your arms down are ordinary human cells that I extracted from my own body".
"Will my body reject it?"
"No, my genetic calculation says",
"You and my father were actually brothers".
"What about the others?",
"Are we brothers?".
"No, just the two of you".
"Where do you know?"
"I investigated Doctor Jassen's room and found everything related to the elemental humans there",
"Includes information about when the green crystal meteor fell and the genetics books".
I shook my head while laughing. Okta did something similar. Next he invited me into the room in question.
The passageway into the place was now becoming clean and tidy. In the junction containing the generator, the passage leading to the left covered the ground collapse. Until we turn right. The hallway was also getting lower and brighter. Until we entered the laboratory of the library berAC, complete with closet equipment containing test tubes and books that are specifically on the shelf.
"Where did you get that thing?", I pointed towards the AC that was on.
"That thing I got from 2040", Okta replied as she folded her arms.
"You mean?", I asked in wonder.
Okta walked straight ahead and then pressed the button under the table. Shortly thereafter, the sound of robot machines was heard. Open the empty wall in front of me and see an iron box that has so many buttons.
"I invented this machine a few years ago",
"Because it wasn't damaged at all, I tried to wear it and I accidentally got thrown in 19.4.4 if it wasn't wrong", Okta pulled her chin.
"Recently arrived, I was immediately held by a weapon by the army there",
"They speak a language I don't understand".
"Then?", ask.
"Otherwise..? I'll just take that time back and then come back here".
Yuki suddenly went down with the boy while carrying a large suitcase. The boy offered me a large piece of meat and served it on a plate. I just grabbed the meat with my hand and just ate it.
"Sorry, I was forgetful" Yuki said politely.
"Ah, just calm down".
Accidentally my eyes glanced at the child who was still innocently staring at me.
"Are you awake, son?", I asked.
The boy was scared and hid behind his mother. I then made a funny face that made her laugh. Finally he dared to come out and sing while running around me. The three of us laughed at the funny behavior of the boy.
On the sidelines of that warm atmosphere Okta suddenly said her wish, her wish,
"Actually... We want to go back in time today too",
"That's why we want you to come with me too".
Suddenly it surprised me which made me almost choke.
"Why?", asked.
"We think of this child later, living alone here" Yuki continued.
"You're right, this isn't his day".
Yuki suddenly remembered something and went to pick up something. As long as Yuki is gone you two talk to each other. Okta explains they plan to go into a century when all countries are still united and human life is still in harmony with the Yadeva aliens. The suitcase he was carrying contained only green crystals that would be used to create the elemental humans there. He wanted to correct the mistakes of his ancestors.
While waiting for Yuki to return I went around the small library while looking at the books. Suddenly my feet slipped by a piece of paper. I took the paper and I saw it.
How surprised I was when I saw a photo containing a picture of me and all my friends first. I looked young along with Arina, Ramko, Afton, Nadia, and others. They took pictures with Doctor Jassen in a house that we used to hang out with. Our faces were doodled with black ink.
"Here you go, uncle", Yuki came back while giving me the white scarf.
It seemed that he was running in a hurry, visible from his irregular breathing. I immediately put down the scarf on my neck as I walked out of the bookshelves. Slowly the white scarf turned deep red which amazed the boy earlier. Yuki accidentally saw the photo I was holding.
"Sorry uncle, Jassen didodled earlier",
"Sorry uncle" he said, bowing his back repeatedly.
I was silent for a moment. My head turned towards the innocent child. He took a deep breath and gently stroked his head.
"It's okay, just take this photo" I said to the little boy.
The boy cheered happily then hugged my feet tightly. Look at the cuteness, so want to have children.
"Let's go in! Before the snow falls" Okta said.
Okta carried the boy into a time machine, while Yuki carried the suitcase. I didn't move my legs one bit. Just stand facing them with a happy face. The astonished Yuki then asked,
"Why uncle?"
"No, I'm not coming" I replied, shaking my head.
Okta and Yuki then walked back towards me. They asked me why I didn't want to come. I answered him calmly, though,
"But winter is coming" Yuki said.
"Just calm Yuki, I'll be fine", I replied with a smile.
"This place has nothing left",
"We promise to stay with you forever", Yuki pleaded with me while tugging at my hand.
However, I remained firmly unmoved. I promised to take care of his grave if he returned safely. And it happened. Because no matter how hard they both tried to persuade me, I remained motionless. Finally they threatened not to go and stay here with him. That's when I got a hunch they were going on their own.
"All right, I'll come" I said, throwing my breath away.
I then walked after them entering the machine. Inside I tapped into the system without Okta's knowledge with my scarf. The machine was locked in a predefined year and blocked the current time. When the machine counted down, I immediately jumped out while running my scarf around the machine. The machine's door was blocked by my scarf ties.
They were in a fog and tried to cancel the departure. Okta kicked the door until it let out a little fire. While the boy just sat quietly in the back seat.
"Calm down!! This is my wish!! You guys must have refused if I didn't come!!"
"See you!!"
"Take care of yourself!!", I shouted.
Okta and Yuki fell silent. They could only peek through the window. Okta embraced Yuki whose eyes were glazed over. He looked at me with a serious look and waved his hand. While shedding my tears, I waved my hand towards them.
White light enveloped the machine. I created a barrier with my scarf. Soon there was an explosion strong enough to burn a bit of my scarf. After the explosion they disappeared from my sight.
The glass cabinets there were broken by the explosion. Books fell off his shelf. Some were torn and burned. Since there was nothing left, I went out of there before dying of smoke poisoning.

I opened my eyes that felt heavy. I looked around, there was only a blanket of white and thick snow. I immediately stood up and looked around. It is true that there is only a stretch of snow in the bright moon of the night.
The blue green aurora danced in the sky. I was amazed by the cohesiveness of the aurora in the sky. I realized that the snow was not cold. What the hell's going on? Are these symptoms of hypothermia?
The question stopped when I was called by someone from behind. I looked back and found Nadia. Her hair was black and tied a ponytail to her back. He smiled at me while holding Afton to his right.
Their faces made me shed tears of regret. I immediately embraced them while apologizing repeatedly. Afton and Nadia tried to win me over.
"Here you go, let's meet the others" said Nadia.
"But... I'm suda-"
"Be quiet! We're leaving now", Afton suddenly lifted me to his back.
He immediately ran across the vast expanse of snow while shouting excitedly. The previously sad me immediately panicked in fear if it fell into the ice under the snow. Afton then lowered me to the front of the house made of wood.
The light of the yellowish lamp shone brightly from there. Afton opened the door holding my hand. As soon as the door opened, it was seen that everyone was gathering at the dinner table. All my friends gathered there including Okta, Sami, Yuki, Tu San, Erkan, and Doctor Jassen. They all sat neatly on the long table. We look all the same age, like when we were teenagers except Doctor Jassen
"Donnie!!"
Arina suddenly came down and directly hit me hard. It was so hard that I was thrown into the snow again. We both fell backwards and fell on each other.
"I've been waiting for you for a long time, Donny"
"Yes, I've been waiting for you for a long time" I replied.
I stood up and channeled my right hand to Arina. Arina hugged me and did not want to leave.
"Here you go, let's get together with the others" I said.
"No", Arina hid her face in front of me.
"Come on" take me again.
"No", reply.
"You're so clumsy", Erkan sneered from the inside.
They were all standing outside and behind the door. Except for Doctor Jassen who was sitting quietly looking from a distance. Suddenly Okta said,
"Let's do it"
My male friends smiled at me. My body instantly became stiff and silent. I took a deep breath and said,
"Emmm.. Arina's".
"Hm?"
Arina lifted her head and looked at me with teary eyes. Her face was plain making my heart beat fast. I immediately lowered my body and kissed her lips all of a sudden. Some of my friends were excited. The rest were embarrassed.
I immediately ran inside leaving Arina while covering my face. Arina's face was flushed like a tomato. His body was stiff and did not move so much.
Yuki, Mabel, Nadia, and Linda lead Arina into the house. Passing the others. As soon as I got inside I threw away my face while holding back my lips that continued to tremble. Arina approached me and nagged me incessantly. I looked at him and tried to calm him down. It was hard, he was getting even more angry until he closed his eyes.
His nature was indeed shy of cats from long ago. It looks like smoke is coming out of his head. Though he was an ice element, but instead had the opposite nature. Very unique, my favorite!
"Kok is angry" Shina murmured.
"About a second the battery" mocked Ramko as he opened his hands.
The speech was heard by Linda who directly punched Ramko in the stomach. Shina herself was surprised to see that.
"I heard that" Linda said.
"Calm Linda.. The important thing is that she's home" Shina calms Linda down.
Afton immediately jumped to embrace Shina and also Ramko who was still holding his stomach.
"Let's go all in!!",
"Let's celebrate this!!", cried Ramko spirit.
Arina finally calmed down as well. That's when I remembered how to calm a cat. Yeah, by stroking his head. Arina no longer rebelled. He then pulled the chair beside me and stuck it with my chair.
Arina sat down to me. Next he brags his head to my shoulder. I put a scarf around my neck to him.
"Finally we can be together" Arina said softly.
"Yes..."
"For ever"
