Hespausia is one of the most massive stars in the Universe, 300x more massive than the Sun.
This star is often a stopover of many heavenly Beings, because this place provides almost everything, and is free from the power of any ruling group.
Some stars have a single ruler, making Heavenly Beings, unable to do anything at will in the star. That's why the Hespausian star is so often visited by Heavenly Beings, because this star does not have a single power that monopolizes in it.
Arkans turned his entire body into a human-like one. He began to enter this star slowly, and nothing was blocking his net.

The name Sheina itself is taken from the name of an ancient tribe that already existed in this star, even before the settlers settled in the star Hespausia.
Each of the 5 Domains of Sheina is also referred to as Sheina South, North, Middle, East, and West, according to the position of their respective places.
Each of the 5 Domains of Sheina, in which it is divided into five regions namely, south, north, west, middle and east. Each of these territories also contained several States, Kingdoms and other organized groups. One thing was clear, in this entire Domain, no one had become the sole ruler of the entire landmass, as there would basically always be a stronger one.

Arkans started to look around - look inside this city. The sheer number of activities performed by the Heavenly Beings, made this city feel so lively. Then Arkans came to a stop halfway through.

The atmosphere of the city is so peaceful, the voice of a child who talks cheerfully, all of it makes Arkans feel very bored, according to him this place needs a 'difficulty'.
Suddenly, something hit Arkans mind. Arkans flew up into the sky from that city, he looked at the city below with a wide smile on his face.
Then Arkans suddenly let out a very powerful killing intent, which spread very quickly throughout the City. Suddenly, it shocked the entire Heavenly Beings present in the city.
The gaze of the entire Heavenly Beings, was fixed on a single figure hovering above the sky. The figure looks so young, has long white hair, and wears white sportswear.
That figure was the Heavenly Dragon Immortall God, Arkans Anzads.
Immediately after Arkans unleashed an extremely powerful killing intent, Heavenly Beings of various forms, immediately came besieging Arkans from various directions. The situation in this City, instantly became extremely gripping.
The entire Heavenly Beings that had come and surrounded Arkans, they all emitted an extremely powerful killing aura and air. Meanwhile, Arkans only smiled faintly at the presence of all of them.
Suddenly, a powerful Heavenly Being appeared before Arkans. The momentum given by the creature felt so terrifying.
Arkans immediately realized, that the Heavenly Beings before him were the figure of the ruler of this Floating City.
The city leader looked at Arkans with a sharp eye, and he said.
"what do you mean by bringing out this powerful killing intent? If you don't want to make us all enemies, immediately pull back this murderous air." said the city lord firmly.
Hearing those words, Arkans actually returned with a wide smile on his face, it gave the creeps of many Heavenly Beings around him.
His golden-coloured eyes, as well as his Dragon-shaped eyelids, added to the horror of this Heavenly Dragon Immortal God figure.
Seeing his eyes filled with murderous lust, made some other Heavenly Beings cringe.
Some of them swallow their own saliva, instinctively they feel face to face with a predator.

Arkans smiled faintly and said.
Hearing such a statement, made the Heavenly Beings inexhaustible, with what kind of mindset these Beings before them had.
They became very furious, especially the city lord who felt that he had spent useless time, just to serve this obscure creature.

Arkans smiled faintly at the response from the city lord who underestimated him.

One of the many Heavenly Beings that besieged Arkans, began to move swiftly against Arkans. Arkans, realizing this, seemed to be silent.
However, unnoticed by anyone, Arkans moved very quickly cutting off the head of the Heavenly Beings that were trying to attack him. It happened so fast that no one could see it clearly.
That incident had truly shocked the other Heavenly Beings. Their eyes were all wide open, looking at the terrifying attack shown by Arkans.
The blood of those Heavenly Beings spurted out very heavily, and fell around the other Heavenly Beings, especially on Arkans who were close to the body, he said, making his entire body filled with blood from the Heavenly Beings he had killed.
The city lord immediately turned around very quickly, when he sensed an extremely powerful momentum coming from behind him. He felt so shocked, seeing the head of his man in Arkansas' right hand.
The Heavenly Beings who witnessed the incident, they instantly felt an extremely cold air permeate their rear bodies.

The city lord who witnessed the brief incident right before his eyes, made him even more unable to think anything else. He felt very angry to see the people just destroyed, he immediately activated the security arrangement of the city.
An enormous protective appearance appeared, seen enveloping the entire part of the city. At the same time, Arkans also felt something strange suppressing his strength.

The great and terrible power of the city lord, moved very quickly towards Arkans. Arkans, who seems to be still silent at this crucial moment, makes the city lord become discouraged and more confident that he can kill Arkans with just one move.
When the city lord was closer than Arkans, Arkans quickly advanced and swung his right hand. With great ease, Arkans removed the head of the ruler of the city from his body.
The blood of the city lord spurted out very heavily like a fountain, and once again created an extremely terrifying rain of blood.
Arkans dropped the head of the ruler of the city, and at once the head was smashed to the ground.
A fishy smell of blood, enveloped the entire city. The few Heavenly Beings that saw the event, became extremely frightened by this figure of the Heavenly Dragon Immortal God.
They immediately decided to leave the city which was now filled with pools of blood, and the bodies of the dead Heavenly Beings.
Meanwhile, Arkans felt very satisfied for having slaughtered the entire Heavenly Beings that were fighting him.
Arkans who remained soaring above the sky, with his body full of blood, made him look terrifying.
"i feel better" Arkans said with a big smile.
Arkans did not attack the Heavenly Beings that had fled the city, because from the beginning his goal had only been to make the atmosphere in this city gripping, and now that goal had been achieved.
'now where else do I go? No, that's not the question, which other place should I destroy?' arkans inner smiled widely.
Arkans quickly left the city.
