When getting the "Ice Arrow" Skill Book earlier, I let Marry learn it so that our monster hunting speed is faster, but for a skill that only provides speed of movement and avoidance, right now I don't need it because my AGI status is already big enough.

There are two ways to get skills. The first one was from the instructor at the training ground and the second one was using a skill book.
