Revenge and Love

Leona ran away leaving Jordan. The woman got into the car and drove her car at high speed. He did not want Jordan to know that his face was now flushed with embarrassment. His heart was not broken and his heart was happy. Leona wants to avoid Jordan so that the man does not know everything he feels.

Jordan folded his hands in front of his chest with smiling lips. “You love me ... I know, if the heart will never lie,” muttered Jordan excitedly.

Leona returned Zean's gaze with a gaze that was no less sadistic. “Yes. Did you just manage to figure it out?” leona said with a satirical look.

“I love you, Leona. This love is sincere. There is nothing wrong with my love. I didn't want to hurt you in the first place. Did you ever think, how would it feel if it was in my position? You were angry and avenged and hurt your heart to me just because I hurt you. How's my? My family left because of your mother Leona. I lost everything. Even now you've killed the only person I love so much and respect. Who's the meanest among us, Leona? Me or you?” jeered Zean with a very serious face.

This time, Zean's heart pierced Leona's heart. Like a dagger that slashed his heart to make a very painful feeling. Without even knowing it, his eyes turned sore. Puddles of tears filled her two beautiful eyes. Leona shed tears. This time his feelings were really touched. Leona could not refute Zean's words. The woman pecked with teary eyes. At first glance, he wanted to say sorry for his mother's behavior in the past. That should be what he said long ago. Before he started his revenge.

“Leona, I'm very sure. If you're in my position. You'll do the same with me. You will definitely avenge you,” Zean continued. The man walked slowly towards Leona.

Leona looked at Zean's face. Tears kept pouring down her cheeks. He stepped back to avoid a touch of Zean. Right now his feelings are also softening. Leona did not want Zean to take advantage of the opportunity to court her.

“Stop, Zean,” said Leona in a firm voice. His one hand stopped Zean's footsteps that second as well.  “I'm sorry my mother. I'd do everything you'd do if it happened in my life. I will avenge anyone who hurt my family,” Leona said again.

Zean sighed.  The man also did not know what else to say. He walked towards the table not far from his position. The man took out some photos neatly stored in his desk drawer. Zean carried the photos in front of Leona.

“See this. I've been following your life ever since I started shooting. Ever since I was a teenager, I've been investigating your life. I know what you like and what you don't like. I know all about you, Leona. Just for what? For revenge. But this moment I realized. Why am I investigating all of you? I have a grudge against your mother. I should have investigated all about your mother and looked for your mother's weakness. Not you Leona,” said Zean while presenting a few photos containing the face of Leona. “My investigation all this time made the taste in my heart grow. Do you know what flavor is growing? The love of Leona. Ilove you.  Even love dies to you!”

Leona glanced at the photo before looking at Zean's face again. “I'd be a lot crueler if you hurt my family, Zean. Especially my mom!” leona said with a hoarse voice. Both of his hands clenched tightly to suppress the mounting emotions.

Zean laughs. “We're a soul mate, Leona. We have an equally harsh nature. You and I are meant to be together. Leona, let's forget everything. We open a new page for our lives. You must forgive my mistakes. Likewise with me who must learn to let go and forget my revenge for the death of my parents,” said Zean with a very sincere face.

Leona carved a smile. “Good idea, Zean. Unfortunately, I can't agree to it. Because whenever we're never gonna be together. Our relationship ended when you hurt my heart. From that night on, I swore to myself to avenge my heartache. Don't ever dream of coming back into my life. Because at any moment, my heart won't be open to you, AGAIN! YOU BROKE ME FIRST!" Leona twisted her body. The woman wanted to leave the room immediately. He didn't want to stay near Zean for too long.

Zean who was still standing in the room looked at Leona's back with sadness. He understood very well how Leona hated feeling right now. But, it was heavy enough for Zean to let Leona go. “What do you really want? I gave my life. But why don't you take it. Now, I'm taking you back. But you also rejected it,” muttered Zean inwardly.
