Just like the Beast kingdom that had traitors, the Hyena kingdom was not much different. They also have a group of races that are treasonous even though there is still one Race with King Dubuk.

They were the pirates of the border region between the Hyena Kingdom and the White Wolf. The majority of the pirates were former Dubuk soldiers who were disfigured and banished. That's why they formed a group and hid on the border of the two regions.
