CHAPTER 3: THE RETALIATION OF AURORA

While enduring the pain all over his body, Dziban climbed down from his bed, and searched for anything to eat. Luckily he found a piece of bread in the storage cabinet, did not think the length of the bread was directly put into his mouth. But just a loaf of bread could not fight his hunger, he went on his quest. After a few minutes of searching, he found only a piece of cheese, an apple, and a banana. All the places in the house had been searched, but the hunger had still not subsided.

He was forced to walk out of the house, then down the giant tree with great care. It took him tens of minutes to set foot on the ground, despite the exhaustion he continued his search. He continued to walk through the forest, only a few minutes later he managed to find dozens of fruits, all of which were put into a large black plastic bag that Aurora had used to collect fruit as well.

He saw the contents of the plastic bag, it turns out that the fruit he collected only half filled the bag. Since he had not felt enough, he continued his search while eating the fruits. A few hours later, he finally managed to collect a large amount of fruits that he carried with 4 black plastic bags of the same size.

Although it felt heavy, he continued to struggle to walk back to the tree house. Climbing trees while carrying weights is very difficult, especially the height of the tree is extraordinary. Fortunately the giant tree had many branches, when exhausted he used it to rest for a while to fill the stomach and recover energy. The way it continues to be used, until finally he reached the branch where the tree house is located.

Just as he was about to open the door, suddenly an explosive sound came from below. The explosions were not just once, but kept telling each other. After putting the four black plastic bags into the storage cabinet, he immediately darted out of the house, then down to a lower place to ascertain what really happened.

Near the trunk of the giant tree, Alex and his four men are on alert with the surrounding. Their bodies were covered with wounds, the clothes they used were torn in some places. A few meters in front of them, Aurora looks different. His body was enveloped by an extremely strong light blue aura, besides that his body floated a few centimeters above the ground. In his right hand, he grasped a sword purely made of ice, its shape was unique.

"That girl... Is that really Aurora?" Thought Dziban while looking at the girl.

"Why did you attack us?! I don't remember ever making trouble with you!" Alex yelled at Aurora.

"True, you never made trouble with me. But making trouble with the people I love, is tantamount to making trouble with me." Aurora said calmly, her tone sounding extremely cold.

"Who do you mean?! We've never made trouble with anyone other than that minus!" Alex doesn't want to lose.

"Really! We're just making trouble with Dziban, that minus!" Belial Sahut.

"Have made trouble, and demeaned it before me, it seems that death is too low for you." Aurora said as she moved closer to them.

"Don't say minus it-"

Not yet Alex continued his words, Aurora immediately shot towards them.

Luckily Alex immediately dodged, otherwise it was impossible that the attack would split his body into 2 parts. Aurora's attack misses the giant tree trunk, her slash imprints on the tree trunk, and directly the part of the trunk around the slash instantly freezes in an instant.

Alex, Belial, Orchen, Broz, and Jazz can only be stunned to realize the power of Aurora which turns out to be very far above them. They realized that this time was a life-and-death situation, a misstep alone could get them killed.

Seeing Aurora's attack fail, Alex did not waste the opportunity and immediately darted away with her Mythical Art 'Lightning Movement. He no longer cared about his four men, now his mind was trying to save himself.

"Hm... Cowardly, don't expect to escape from me." Aurora said as she stared at Alex fleeing.

"I'll catch up with him later, better finish this first." He said as he looked at the four men left by Alex.

He raised the height of his ice sword, and took out one of the skills he possessed "Mythical art: Ice Meteor Shower!"

At once, several meters above it appeared dozens of meteors the size of a basketball made of ice. No one knew where it came from, which obviously suddenly appeared in the air. All the ice meteors that hit everything around Aurora, anyone who is hit by it will automatically freeze. Belial and the others continued to try to avoid the attack, but the longer the situation became more difficult, because what they were exposed to was no longer the surface of the ground, but ice. This makes their movement slower, because if forced to continue moving quickly, they will automatically slip and be exposed to the ice meteor rock.

Moments later, suddenly there were no more ice meteors hitting the ground. Belial and the others breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that the attack was over and successfully survived.

"Ah... Finally my life is still extended, the gods are always siding with me"

Belial immediately snapped his words when he looked up, it turned out that there were dozens of ice meteors in the air. But this time different from the previous one, the ice meteors were against each other to attack whatever was below, one ice meteor was destroyed, then there will be one more ice meteor. The attack was like rain, unceasingly attacking, endless.

"Broz! Above you!" Shouted Belial warned.

Broz looked up, it turned out that there was an ice meteor moving right towards him. The distance with the ice meteor made it impossible to avoid, finally being the first victim. Right after being struck by that ice meteor, his entire body instantly froze, unable to move in the slightest. Another ice meteor came striking his frozen body, breaking his body into pieces along with the ice covering him.

Belial and the others who were left could only gulp at the scene, but Belial felt his heart burning intensely at the sight of a good friend being killed in front of his own eyes, in contrast to Orchen and Jazz who still hold firm to their current principle "No matter what happens, I must survive!"
