The next morning, nothing special, Rey wakes up as usual.

"Auctioneers? What's at the auction?" asked Rey while glancing at Rufio.

"Trent Barton will hold a real estate and property auction tonight. There are several luxurious mansions and good grounds. Are you interested?"

"Lahan? Is land?"

"Yes, our family will also release some unsold property. Examples of some mansions in diamond valley. Then there's a sizable piece of land behind a large mansion in Seacliff."

Rey and Hitomi get out of the dock, on the way Rey gets a message from Rufio that the auction will be held tonight, Rufio also sends the auction location point. Rey checks the point, and asks Hitomi to go to Hitomi's house. Because based on the location point that Rufio sent, Hitomi's house is closer than having to go home to his mansion.

At Hitomi's house, Rey settles down on the couch to pass the time. Rey calls Leon to bring his McLaren P1 to Hitomi's house. Leon immediately delivered at his boss's behest.

Until finally night came. Rey and Hitomi head to Cloud Hotel in Rey's car. The auction went hand in hand with the dinner.

If only they didn't know this guy was Rey, maybe they thought Rey was a hick. But Rice looked at Rey with disdain.

As time went by the auction almost ended. Seven properties have been sold at different prices. The price is not cheap. The most expensive selling at a price of 40 billion. According to information from Trent there are 10 properties that will be auctioned, so there are still three more. One of them was directed by Rey. Rey sat upright attentively, she wiped her mouth and looked forward.

Looking at Rey's body language, Rice's eyes sparkled. He was planning something. Morris took out a photo and detail of the eighth property to be auctioned, it was a mansion. "150 billion." Rey unhesitatingly raised 10 billion.

The price surprised everyone. They all looked at Rey. They didn't think Rey was so rich. They think Rey won't come along to bid. Rice saw that immediately pressed the button.

"152 billion!"

Rey looked towards Rice, countered with Rice's haughty gaze with her head raised.

"What look? I love that mansion." said Rice arrogantly.

Rey just smiled. Rice challenges him and Rey will respond.
