Five Elements

In the Fertile Star Continent cultivation had 3 stages, namely the body stage, the qi gathering stage, the last true cultivation stage.

At the body stage or called Body Refinement, this stage has 8 levels with 6 levels aiming at training the limbs and the last 2 levels as refinement.

The 8 levels of Body Refinement are training of muscles, skin, bones, meridians, viscera, and marrow. Then the last 2 levels are pulse condensation and hootian level.

At the qi gathering stage it has 18 levels, but the average cultivator only reaches the 9 qi gathering stage. In qi gathering every three stages marked a change in qi quality in cultivators.
