Chapters 2. Persitiwa Kelam

#In the woods

After Ma Guang finished tying the mouth and the four legs of the boar, Ma Guang took a short break to restore his depleted strength while pulling the boar from the trap they had made.

After a while, Ma Guang then got up and immediately moved from his resting place.

Ma Guang immediately picked up and carried the animal and then walked towards his village.

"Jiao....!!! I'll look for the martial arts college, I'll avenge every deed they've done." The words that came out of Ma Guang's mouth.

"Then, I want to come with you too." Xia Jiao welcomed the words Ma Guang said.

"Alright, let's set out to find a martial arts college."

While stepping his feet, Ma Guang invited Xia Jiao to leave.

After a while Xia Jiao walked while following Ma Guang from behind, Xia Jiao asked Ma Guang to wait for her for a while.

Ma Guang only nodded his head in the sign he was shaking it.

Not long after that Xia Jiao returned with a pack in both hands.

"This is some of the money I have, and maybe it'll help us on our way." Xia Jiao replied.

"Alright, then, let me bring you." While raising his hand.

After which, the two of them walked away from the village and continued on their journey in search of the sect that would be the place to practice martial arts.

Not to forget Ma Guang took some of the meat from the wild boar that he brought to serve as supplies in the middle of their journey.

After several hours of traveling, Xia Jiao felt her legs start to tingle, thus asking Ma Guang to rest for a moment.

They both sat under a large tree while leaning their bodies onto the tree.

The sun is right over your head. Ma Guang immediately moved from his place looking for twigs and dry wood to make a fire so that he could burn the wild boar he brought and make it as food for the two of them.

After they finished eating, the two of them continued on their way.

The two of them went through the forest not far from the main road to avoid something they did not want, namely meeting again with a group of Red Scorpions.

After the day had started to darken, the two of them stopped the journey and rested.

There is a very large tree, so the roots have appeared above the ground level as high as 2 meters.

It was between the roots of the tree that the two of them rested. Because the place looks safe from wild animals.

He then came out from among the roots of the large tree and looked for the whereabouts of Ma Guang.

After a while, Xia Jiao looked at the figure of a teenager who was burning something.

Xia Jiao immediately walked over and greeted him straight away.

"I'm preparing breakfast for both of us, so we can continue our journey with our stomachs filled." Turning the meat that he burned.

After breakfast, the two of them continued their journey.

It had been two days and two nights for the two of them to travel and that was what Ma Guang had always done.

But it was different to start their journey on the third day.

Xia Jiao's legs were already sore and aching once because they had blistered and peeled off. It was because Xia Jiao was used to a spoiled life, so her skin was so smooth and could not stand such a long travel activity.

The distance they traveled was already 30 kilo meters from their village.

After seeing Xia Jiao's state, Ma Guang felt pity so told Xia Jiao to ride on her back.

Xia Jiao was embarrassed at first and did not want to get close to Ma Guang, but because she did not want to slow down their journey, Xia Jiao finally followed what Ma Guang ordered.

Xia Jiao's face instantly flushed red and her heart beat so fast as this was the first time Xia Jiao had hugged a man even though it was only from behind.
