" It's fine, the medicinal pill is indeed there to be used like this so stop hesitating and quickly give it to your mother !!" convince the little boy.

The little boy then did as Miss Lei said, he fed her mother with the pill and then returned to give her water from the bottle.

Before long the woman's face began to improve already and not pale as before.

" Tell me, thank you, generous lady for saving my mother !!" He said with a voice trembling with pleasure but the happiness lasted only for a moment, because suddenly the woman was bleeding black from her mouth, the little boy was surprised and panicked not to be upset.

He quickly took his mother.

" Miss benefactor what's wrong with my mother !?!" I asked with a panicked face.

" Be calm little sister the reaction of the body purification pill is like that and also look at the blood your mother took out !!" He said while pointing towards the blood clot there was a maggot wriggling there not only one but there were many and even some worms of considerable size there.
