Miyong was wide-eyed when Prince Haa Joon came to his residence, his eyes perfectly rounded.

Even more startling, the Prince came with a few bodyguards. Instantly Yu Hwa was dragged forcefully towards the outside of the room.

"STOP, WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING." cried Miyong, her tears began to spill without being held back.

He didn't mean it like this, this whole thing was far from his expectations. He only wanted to hear Yu Hwa's reason, when he left a moment ago.

Miyong did not really punish Yu Hwa, she immediately ran around hugging the rope-bound Yu Hwa.

"Bring Miyong the Empress away from this room" Prince Haa Joon said.

"No, I don't want to." Miyong said.

Unfortunately, the soldiers did not hear Miyong's words. They keep taking Miyong away, even though she keeps thrashing.

"I'm sorry Prince, Yu Hwa is innocent" Jae Sung said.

Hearing Jae Sung's words, the room was silent. Miyong fell silent and threw his gaze at Jae Sung.

The prince stared at all the soldiers, hinting to leave the room. Miyong could breathe a sigh of relief, she immediately sat back down beside Yu Hwa and hugged him tightly.

The door closed tightly, Jae Sung started to look up his head and stood up.

"Yesterday night I invited Yu Hwa for the investigation you requested. However, it seems Yu Hwa doesn't know everything." Jae Sung lies.

"I didn't tell the prince and empress before, because I didn't want any spies to follow. That's why Yu Hwa can't carry out his obligations." Jae Sung explained.

'What's investigation?'

Miyong and Yu Hwa seemed to have the same thought, they looked at each other.

"That's not an excuse, so the punishment should still be on the run" Haa Joon said.

"Soldier, bring the whip here!" said prince.

Miyong immediately kowtowed to beg for forgiveness for Yu Hwa, she could not bear to see her best friend bear the punishment for her carelessness.

Miyong got up from her prostration and approached Yu Hwa, her eyes looking at Yu Hwa fixedly.

"So you can explain all of Yu Hwa?" ask Prince.

Miyong stared fixedly at Yu Hwa, hinting to lie if necessary. He had already tried hard to change the prince's stance.

Yu Hwa just looked at Miyong with a small smile, then shook her head softly. Miyong instantly threw her gaze and squeezed the blanket he had in his hand.

Jae Sung was still standing, his heart was also restless looking forward to the answer that Yu Hwa was about to say.
