Tonight Adam will tell a story about a Sholeh man who longed for heaven named Uwais al-Qarni.
Uwais al-Qarni was a Muslim from Yemen, who lived during the time of Prophet Muhammad.
he did not meet the Prophet.
Although not including the Prophet's companions,
he is a godly man who is missed by heaven and famous in the sky.
This is due to , the story of Uwais al-Qarni who lived most of his life to serve the mother who was paralyzed and blind.
Uwais Al-Qarni was a young man who was not famous, poor, and had a skin disease.
No one knew him, not even his name was known.
But he is a young man who was once called by the Prophet SAW.
as a young man who is loved by Allah SWT.
and famous in the sky.
The love of Allah SWT.
he was obedient and respected his paralyzed mother. One time, Uwais asked the mother for permission to go to Medina in order to give up her longing for the Prophet.
The mother gave him permission to leave, but on condition that after meeting the Prophet he quickly returned home because of his sickly mother.
After a very long journey, Uwais did not find the Prophet in his house because he was leading the war.
Although his longing was great for the Prophet, Uwais quickly returned for his mother. It was just a message to Siti Aisyah ra.
Then on another occasion, the mother asked Uwais to take her to Hajj.
Uwais did not want to refuse even though they were a poor family, with all his strength he carried his paralyzed mother to make a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.
Even though he had never met the Prophet, the Prophet seemed to know the poor young man well.
He praised Uwais by telling the other Companions,
“One time, when you meet him, ask for prayer and prayer.
He is a sky dweller, not an earthling,” (HR. Ahmadis).
Sincere and sincere devotion to his mother, making the name Uwais Al-Qarni famous in the sky, even though on earth he was no one.
