The Heart of Rara

The Heart of Rara
Chapter 8

Tok tok tok tok

The door of Al's room with Rara in it repeatedly rang, even the girl was upset to hear the knock because she felt her sleep was disturbed.

Tok

"Oh what the hell" the girl grumbled as she scratched her head, her eyes still half open.

"Assalamualaikum" said the man from outside.

"Have finished instead? if it comes out soon everyone is waiting for you in the middle room" added the person.

"Who's gini-morning" Rara rubbed her eyes, she walked over to open the door.

"Lo who the hell early in the morning gini already..."

"Astaghfirullahaladzim laa ilaha ilallah" said the person strangled in shock when he saw Rara's clothes were very lacking in materials.

"Huh what? Why Istighfar? how come you're here early in the morning?" rara was confused.

"Astaghfirullah Rara, aren't you done changing clothes yet? Why do you only wear knee-length pants and clothes that are just? at least you're wearing a little t-shirt" Al advised.

"Say Gus or Ustadz what is it, but see I wear rich clothes gini not bow or how? even literate eyes lo" ledek Rara.

Al reflexes lowered his head and began the distance between the two, "Why are you staring at me like that?" tanya Al a little gerogi and very unfriendly, his sweat splashed.

"Why aren't you istighfar?" ask Rara wonder.

"Why should Istighfar?" ask Al back.

"You've seen me put on this shirt"

"Astaghfirullah" said Al "Ah yes, did you say this morning? now it is not morning but it is already noon it is almost time for dzuhur. I told you to change your clothes, but why hasn't there been a half-hour out?" al asked.

"Are you? where am I going?"

"You are in the Al-Athar boarding school, and now you are in Ndalem rather in my private room" Al replied.

Rara tapped her finger on her chin like she was thinking, "Oh yeah I came here with grandma earlier, you keep me changing clothes with a robe in your room. But why would I sleep in your room anyway?"

Al shrugged his shoulders not knowing, "Maybe you already feel fit to sleep in that room, besides soon you will sleep next there. Inevitably you have to want to, ready not ready ya have to be ready" said Al staring hard into Rara's eyes, "I wait that time huh? hope you understand" said Al, then he left in front of Rara.

Rara stared at Al's departure, after Al's invisible back Rara fell silent thinking about Al's words. Yesterday and today again he said the same thing 'May you understand'

"Here you are" Rara brushed off his mind and went back into Al's room to change the clothes that Al had given her earlier.

"Jreng, hello everything how am I beautiful right?" said Rara who suddenly appeared in the middle room. There are, Kiyai Zaid, Nek Rina, two sons of kiyai Zaid and also the Ustadz and Ustadzah.

Nek Rina looked at everything in the room, she smiled awkwardly as she felt bad and embarrassed by the behavior of her only granddaughter, "Sorry not kiyai, Gus and all."

"Ma is Allah beautiful" murmured Al.

"Beautiful" muttered Al's sister.

"Rara sat down, ashamed at Ustadz's sight of Ustadzah" orders Rina's grandmother.

"Yes daftar nek ribet, this is a big game where the length is really long again it has touched the core of the earth" he said busy justifying the game he used, "He doesn't know the size of the shirt for me, does he? As big as what's buying really big" his nagging.

Al who was sitting not far away with Rara could only smile and tekekeh a little hearing Nagging sounding from the girl's mouth.

"It's normal to call Al" whispered Kiyai Zaid to Al who was endlessly staring at Rara.

"Eh Abah" Al looks misbehaved.

"What the heck bah, yah-iya Al fasting" he said, Al glanced at his sister and it turns out he was also staring at Rara. Suddenly Al felt emotion and could not accept if there were other men who looked at Rara even though it was his own sister.

"Haikal, please take care of his eyes" said Al. Haikal glanced at Al with a look of dislike and averted his eyes.

"H Haikal, you're here too? why?" rara asked Haikal of course it made Al hot.

"I..."

"She's my sister" Al answered quickly.

"Huh? lo adek? pantesan I saw brooch his name is exactly rich lo name" said Rara, " Muhammad Haikal Ghairullah Al-Ghifary, is it?" Haikal slightly nodded to answer Rara's question.

"Suttt" Rara nudged Al, and Al turned his head as if asking what was wrong?

Rara who understood Al's intention immediately let out another sound, and leaned her body slightly in order to whisper to Al, "What the hell is going on? How I am the same grandmother I am rich gini when we are not anyone you.

"You're a guest here.

"What's the event?"

"I don't know either"

"Eh Ustadz, my Ustadzah wants this to be what event?" Has not been able to continue Rara's talk before in the hands of Nek Rina because she felt her speech was not polite.

"If you say the right thing, Ustadz talk time, Ustadzah use me. I should have" recalled Nek Rina while whispering.

"Yes yes forget" he said grinningly, "I don't mean Ustadz, Ustadzah. How strange that I am with my grandmother who is nobody here can participate in a rich gini event.

"You're the same Grandma Rina guest here" replied Ustadzah smiling warmly.

Rara pursed her lips, "Ustadzah's answer was as rich as her answer" Rara pointed at Al with her chin. Everyone chuckles at Rara's behavior except for Rina's grandmother who restrains embarrassment.

Al's smile silently rose to form a crescent moon, "Ma Shayah Allah"

"Oi, can I get out yu? look at the pesantren area, I'm lazy here mulu feet tingling for a long time" said Rara.

"I?" Al pointed to himself.

"Yes yes elo"

"Isn't it?" Al looked at Kiyai Zaid for permission. Kiyai Zaid gave a small nod in response.

"Yes come"

"Asekk, weh everything I came out first yes pegel here" said Rara without the slightest courtesy.

Haikal looked at Al and Rara coming out of Ndalem, there was a spot of unhappiness that he craved for both.

"Change, everyone. I'll let you out for a while" Haikal's permission said goodbye.

"Where are we going" asked Rara who had been walking erratically with Al.

"As far as you."

"Cok it up to me? I don't know every corner of this pesantren, yes you take me where the cake do not walk rich gini cape"

"If you want to be quiet why not stay in Ndalem?"

"My feet are tingling there. Why the hell are you so far away from me? if I deketin must be lo ngehindar. Can't I just hang on to me?"
