In a spacious apartment room, Ryan was busy pacing all his practical needs into his KOAS bag. Starting from the thermometer, penlight, small flashlight, and other equipment that is usually taken to the hospital where he is currently continuing his study.
Once all is done Ryan departs using his luxury sports car. When I arrived at the hospital so many pairs of eyes were looking at the handsome man. With his handsome face he quickly drugged everyone around him. But Ryan only smiled kindly at those who were fascinated. As if this was normal for him.
“Sorry mba, Grad doctor's room where is yah?” ryan asked the receptionist nurse.
Doctor Grad is the current head of the hospital. Who was papa Ryan's best friend. Ryan deliberately chose this hospital to continue his study, because in this hospital not many know that he is the son of the hospital owner. It is very different in Jakarta. Ryan just wants to focus on his studies and can be treated the same as other KOAS doctors.

“Dok, do you want to go to Doctor Grad's room? Come with me, I happen to want to hand over patient” data to other nurses.
“Oh, well.thank you” replied Ryan and directly followed the nurse.

“Masuk” replied doctor Grad from indoors.
“Sorry my doc delivered the patient data that the doctor asked” replied the nurse.
“Oh yes doc, outside there is a young doctor who wants to meet” continued the nurse.
“Oh, that must be Dr. Ryan. Please suru in!” doctor Grad's orders.
“Hallo doc, how are you?” friendly Ryan.
“Hallo Ryan. If we're alone you can call me uncle as usual. You are stiff if you have to call me doctor” said Dr Grad.
“Good uncle” replied Ryan.
“Oh yes, how are you doing with your mom?” Ask Dr. Grad about Ryan.
“Alhamdulillah good uncle, only mama still can not be soybean. Uncle knows his own physical condition mamah” explained Ryan.
“Hm ok, if so om will take you to the doctor room and introduce you” invite doctor Grad.
“But uncle don't tell me I'm papah's son. Uncle knows why I'm here” Ryan said.
“Ok”
“Hallo all” greet doctor Grad.
“Halo dok” answer all the doctors and nurses in the room.
“Sorry I gathered you in the middle of your busy life. This is doctor KOAS this year. Please introduce yourself” said Dr Grad.
“Hallo, my name is ADRYAN MAHENDRA. Just call me Adryan. I am one of the graduates from the University of Indonesia” said Ryan. Ryan deliberately did not mention his last name, so that no one would find out about his family.
“Hallo doctor Adryan, welcome to join” said doctor Derik.
“Ah terimaksih” says Ryan friendly.
“Okay all, please return to his busyness” doctor Grad orders are obeyed by the doctors and nurses in the room.
“Oh yes Ryan, you go straight to the ER well today. Help-help over there. Because this morning there was a tourist bus accident, so there are many patients” said Dr Grad.
“Good dok” says Ryan firmly.
“Oh yes you come with doctor Derik, he is the ruler of ER” added doctor Grad. True said doctor Grad, that doctor Derik is one of the competent doctors at the age of 29 years. And because of his compote he was held as head of the ER.

“Come doctor Adryan, do not let patients wait long” ask doctor Grad.
True, said Dr. Grad, today the ER patients are very many and dominated by tourist bus accident victims. But that's not foreign to Ryan. He often saw things like this while in his papah hospital in Indonesia, not even infrequently he helped if the hospital employees were overwhelmed.

“But Lin, I made a pact with Ryan”'s parents and I felt guilty.
“Yaahh” disappointed Lina.
“What is Sham, you made a pact with papah mama Ryan?” surprised Lina.
