Episode 29/Kalen Province

Days are passing, so it is possible said the people who lived it, including with Cat. Why is time so fast. The faster it feels, the faster the time to the hell hole. “After this His Majesty will meet the Prime Minister John West discussing the annual budget.”

“Cihh that problem should I follow” Andrea grimly, showing his frustration to minister John who looks incompetent working.

Prime Minister John West Lerman is the father of Prince Phillip. His wife was the younger brother of the current Emperor Julian. John is a bit greedy in career. He still dreamed of being able to occupy the throne of the King. But it would take some effort if it were to bring down the current King. Other than Julian, what he was more worried about was

Crown Prince Andrea. If relying on his son, for him it was in vain, because his greedy nature was not decreased to his own son. He has more of the nature of his mother who is humble and not greedy for power.

John also has shortcomings, he is not too clever. John West has arrived in Andrea's private workspace accompanied by Shane who always stands loyal behind Andrea.

“Your Honor, this is a list of some of the budgets I made for next year. The budget I made based on the conditions of several provinces and in my opinion this is balanced and suitable.” John gave a thin book that Andrea examined carefully, and immediately his forehead shriveled.

“ Kalen Province is at the very end of our country and the area in a year only a few times there is rainfall, which means that every year they always experience drought and crop failure. Last year I deliberately increased the budget so that the people there do not experience shortages and the budget is always used for food ingredients. Why are you making your budget smaller than before??”

John started to panic.

Andrea noticed the look on John's face that began to feel uncomfortable and afraid, Andrea's lips scored a sneaky grin and threw the book on the table from her hand at John “Repair this again and give me a reasonable excuse after this”

John immediately welcomed the book and then replied politely to Andrea's “Good Your Majesty”

John left Andrea's study room with a sour face and emotions, of course he did it after leaving Andrea's office.

Kalen Province is the worst province of its regional reputation compared to other provinces in the Kingdom of Skanea. The governor also sometimes runs out of ideas to be able to advance remote areas that are increasingly dwindling because many are migrating to other areas that are more promising for their next life. The condition of the land that is always dry, barren and not so good rainfall is always an obstacle for the area.

Even the area does not have a river to survive there. Budgets are never lacking every year but the lack of concept and management owned by officials is wrong

Andrea is always made stressed if problems arise from the area.
