Team Building (Part 1)

Raka wants to make the atmosphere in the company back Quiet. Because of the incident a few days ago when dealing with loan sharking companies.

Brian and Doni are called to Raka's office. They were asked to give me an idea but no one had one. Doni still continues to see the cooperation file, while Brian only looks at the internet without opening anything, so that the impression he is like looking for ideas. Raka knew her two best friends were not to be expected.

Finally Raka asked for an emergency meeting for all employees, held at the company dinner at Sesilka restaurant of course. Raka asks Doni to create a chat group and tells him to include employees outside the company.

" Who are the employees outside the company?, Raka Loe made another job without our knowledge.". Doni was suspicious.

" aah, you want me to hit ". Raka wants to hit Doni but gets arrested.

" Who's Brian?". Now Brian with high sensitivity began to be interrogated.

" Let me be bright, if you smile in horror, the answer is only one, Sicily must be in it." Raka instantly raised her thumb, and Brian also patted her chest arrogantly.

" Oo, so what you want to make quiet is not a company, but Sicily anyway". Doni began to include Sicily and Vito, then asked them to include Sesilka and his two employees.

When Vito asks why they should create a group. Doni answered for the needs of the company, because they are part of Raka's employees even if indirectly.

" If only that loe sensitivity was for a girl, I'm sure you already have a partner". Raka looked at Brian.

" That's why I want a smart girl, can make me curious about her. Watch him and others. But unfortunately I haven't found you yet". Brian rubbed his chin. Raka and Doni leave, and ignore Brian's words.

Company dinners are spent almost all over the place at Sesilka restaurants. The open on the restaurant's glass door has been converted into a close.

The Sicilian who was already in the group chat was told that they should join the company dinner as well. Sicily, Vito, Sesilka and two Sesilka employees also joined.

Raka immediately asked for advice from everyone there. Some are proposing recreation out of town. Some propose outing sports such as rafting. Even Rini also proposed to Trip to tourist attractions.

Raka calms everyone. Raka then asked them not to foya-foya or vacation, but strengthen the relationship between employees. Because the problem some time ago was quite confusing.

One of them proposes Team Building, activities to strengthen relationships between employees while being able to refresh for a moment. But there are protests that the event should be at the end of the year.

Raka himself agreed with the idea and decided on the show two days and one night only. It's in his family's villa. Raka said it will ask partners or vendors of team building activities, in order to reduce the burden on the minds of employees and make all employees who follow can focus on enjoying the event as a whole.

Tomorrow, it's 6 in the morning..

All the employees had gathered in the parking lot of Raka's company. Sicily and Rini who came together still occasionally yawned.

A few long buses came there. One by one, the employees get on the bus. Raka looks at Sicily from the bus and tells Doni to call. Once their luggage is safe in the trunk of the bus, they enter. When entering, only two empty seats remain. One next to Brian and the other next to Raka.

" Brian, you can move! let me sit there with Sicily". Rini sees Brian, but Brian does not move.

" You just want to be next to me or next to Raka. I'm males sitting with Raka". Brian displayed a disgusted expression.

" I also males sitting with him". This time Raka showed an even more disgusted and furious expression.

The Sicilian asked Rini to sit beside Raka in a whisper. But Raka realizes and codes Brian.

" Rini you're sitting here, yes, I have something to ask you". Brian directed his hand to pat the chair next to him telling Rini to go there.

Rini sat down next to Brian. Inevitably the Sicilian sat beside Raka.

" Aren't you going to sit next to me Sicily?". Raka looked at Sicily

" It's not that Raka's sister, she's afraid that Raka's sister wants to take care of something like that, right if there's me being disturbed". Sicily tried to evade.

" It's not like I told you we're Refreshing, so there's no business". Raka looked at the nodding Sicilian.

" But Brian?". Sicily realized that Brian had called Rini because something was being asked.

Brian knew he was going. " I forgot that we're refreshing, sorry Rini". Brian who was relaxed then slept dropped his head to the window.

" No Raka, I'm not sleepy". Sicily is still evaporating.

" Yeah,". Raka then wants to take out the candy, wants to give one to Sicily.

But looking at Sicily, Sicily seemed to have fallen asleep. The Sicilian Speech and Actions seem to be out of step. The Sicilian head was almost stumbled forward But Raka quickly held the Sicilian head gently so as not to wake up. Then Raka leaned the head of Sicily against his shoulder slowly.

Raka didn't take out the candy. He looked at the sleeping Sicilian face and began to smile while turning his face to the window, afraid that someone would notice.

' How could he have fallen asleep for not a minute since he said he wasn't sleepy, so funny'. Raka could not help but smile, the closer she got to Sicily, the more she felt it was interesting and funny.

The bus stopped. Everyone starts to descend, Rini who wants to wake up Sicily is banned by Brian.

" Let Raka take care of Sicily". Brian whispered to Rini.

Rini nodded and came down. A few moments later, Sicily awoke. He looked at Rini's chair but it was empty.

" Kok Raka didn't wake me up".

" I thought you might be so sleepy, so I didn't dare"

Sicily got off the bus and called Rini where she was. But because Rini explained convoluted Sicily does not understand. Raka said let him drive, because for the women's room is a bit far to stay safe.

When the baggage was opened, Sicily took her carry-on bag. Raka also picked up her bag and closed the door again.

" Here's your bag Sicily!. Let me take it". Raka extended her hand.

" No, Raka, let me be alone". Sicily refused.

" The room is far away, the vendor in charge that I brought just take care of transportation and events, not take care of the things we need".

" Don't pa pa kak Raka I don't need vendors either, I can be alone". Sicily still refused.

" Yes, you follow me!". Raka started walking followed by Sicily.

The road to the Villa is quite uphill. Finally the Sicilians asked Raka to carry her bag. Raka agrees and tells Sicily to hold on to him so as not to fall. The Sicilian holding Raka's jacket shirt is like holding onto a kang ojek.

They were in front of the room. Sicily knocked on the door and Rini came out while eating a snack. Inside there was also the sound of Sesilka on the phone. Raka then walked to her room, where Doni and Brian had already collapsed from earlier.

" You have been awake for a long time Sil"

" why don't you wake up huh, Rini"

" Yes good, you can get closer to Raka. As you sleep, Raka made her shoulders as comfortable as a pillow for you Sil". Rini then laughed

" Huh ah, help me get stuff!". Sicily opened her dirty-looking shoes.

" How dirty are your shoes, Sil?". Rini looked at the Sicilian Shoes whose treads were covered with soil.

" Rini's road is hard, I have to hold Raka's brother".

"hold on?, that flat road why hold?". Rini's confused.

" Why flat Rini. The road is up to tau".

Rini shows the road she passed to Sicily from the window. The road was flat, but Sicily did not pass with Raka. Rini explained for sure that the shortcut was not the main road but faster, Brian had told him that if an emergency occurred, it could pass there.

Why did Raka take her through such a difficult shortcut. Sicily scowled, Rini calmed Sicily might Raka want to make Sicily immediately know a shortcut in order to survive quickly. Sicily was forced to agree with Rini's words, no other suitable reason than that.

Meanwhile, Raka, deliberately chose the road in order to bring a Sicilian bag. Unreasonable reason indeed, but Raka only thought of that way so that Sicily could see he could be relied upon anytime and anywhere.
