About 18 Dragon Sites

Originally the style of 18 Dragon Conqueror Palms (Sometimes made 18 Dragon Treads) originated from 28 Dragon Conqueror Palm styles, owned by one of the leaders of the beggar party (Kaypang ) named Siau Hong (figure in the novel Demi God Semi Devil). Siaw Hong learned this style from the previous chairman Kaypang who is said to have created this style with one of the Shaolin elders.

Together with his adopted brother, Siau Hong then summarized this stance to only 18. In addition to this science, there is also the Dog Beating Stick.which is both a science “awat” that is passed down to the Kaypang leaders. When Siau Hong died, it was his adoptive brother who then taught this style to the next chairman of Kaypang.

In the time of the "Early Archer", Ang Cit Kong was the leader of Kaypang who made himself master of both of these styles (18 Dragon Treads and Dog-beating Sticks). He bequeathed the 18-Tapak Naga to Kwee Cheng, and the Dog Beating Stick to Oey Yong. Kwee Cheng, who was initially slow and not very talented silat, became the person who was considered the most famous in the use of this style, and even this style became his mainstay every time he fought.

In the period of "Return of the Swordsman Rajawali", only Kwee Cheng was the master of this style after his teacher died. It is said that he has tried to teach this style to his children and students, but their inner strength and talent are less qualified.

About a hundred years later, in the days of the Heavenly Sword and the Dragon Killer Gizzard, the leader of Kaypang at that time controlled only 12 Steps of the whole. When he died, he had not been able to pass down this style to others. In the 2003 version of the HDS series, Song Cing Su mastered this style because it was given his book by Cu Ciujiak. No one knows how many moves he mastered no one can be sure because he died in battle at the Shaolin temple.

Fifty years after this, in the time of the Story of the Sky Vibrators, this knowledge was returned to the Kaypang party, and its chairman, Ji Hau Leng was rumored to have mastered this science. It is also unknown how many moves he mastered because he died while fighting with Cio San. Then Cio San also mastered the initial 3 steps of this science because he had seen Ji Hau Leng use it.

After that, reportedly this knowledge was entrusted back to Shaolin, because once one of his monks also became one of the creators of this science with teachers from Siau Hong. The reason why this science was entrusted to be guarded by Shaolin was because at that time Kaypang party had been infiltrated by many intruders from the Mongols.

Since that time the science of the 18 Dragon Sites is no longer heard from because Shaolin disciples themselves are not allowed to learn it, he said, and Kaypang party broke up into small associations so that no one deserved to inherit this knowledge.

In the story of Sukma Harum, told by a swordsman from China mastering the Sword version of this Palm style. Out of nowhere he learned it, to date it is still an unanswered secret. The science called the 18th Sword of the Dragon Conqueror is then taught to Narendra Kramakala or banned by the nickname of the Night Knight, as a form of gratitude for saving his life.

Later on, Rakantara Gandakusuma or Harum Sukma found the scratch of this sword lesson in the cave where his teacher, the Night Knight, died.

This Dragon Conqueror Sword Technique contains only 9 styles, which are a combination of all 18 styles. Night Knights combine 1st with 10th, 2nd with 11th, 3rd with 12th, and so on.
