Dirly was already in her palace-like home. Dirly turning round. Like looking for something.
"Young Master is looking for what??" Ask Bi Ati.
"Sir Kosim where's Bi??" tanyakanya.
Mr. Kosim is a gardener who has worked at home for a long time and has been his friend since childhood.

Dirly heard a coughing sound from a room. Dirly ran away and saw an old man lying on the bed.
"Sir Kosim!! sick dad??" Dirly holds the forehead of Kosim sir very hot.
"Young Master!! why here?? madam will be angry !!" with a brick the man greeted Dirly.
"Mrs Melani won't be angry!! after all, she didn't know I was coming here!!" Answer Dirly.
"Have you taken medication??" Ask Dirly.

"Where's the cure??" Dirly asked while looking for and did not find any medicine around Mr. Kosim.
"Father hasn't taken medication!!" Dirly stood up.
"Come !! we're on medication now!!" Her speech.
"No need for Young Master!! I'll just buy some stall medicine!! it's definitely healing!!" Answer mr. Kosim
"Stand up!! we're on medication now!!' Dirly pulls out Kosim's hand .
Mr. Kosim can't refuse anymore. He resigned when Dirly took him on his motorcycle to a hospital subscription Abhimanyu family.

""Satpam!! take this kid out!! " The nurse shouted to the security guard.
"You dare with me?? do you know who owns the hospital??"
"Who??" Ask the nurse.
"I don't know either!!" Dirly replied with a cold smile.
"Out you! before I call the police and put you in jail!!" the nurse pulled Dirly and pushed her to the exit.
"Young Master!! already already!! let's just go home! you don't need to take medication here!!" Said mr. Kosim.
" No sir! you need to be treated right now!!" Answer Dirly.
Then Dirly remembered her brother, Fahira. Dirly called him right away.

He wants to go back inside. But Mr. Kosim forbade it.

"Why doc??" Ask Dirly.

"What doctor do you mean?? the doctor won't check on Kosim!!" Ask Dirly riled up.
